Airtron was called to service my 16+ year old furnace. Based on the scope of necessary repairs and associated costs-I chose to replace the unit.

Had a furnace check-up today. 2 young men, one in training showed up. THEY WERE DONE IN 15 MINUTES. I thought this was very strange as I have had many check-ups in the 26 years that we have been in this home. Now maybe with the new equipment that they have they can get done faster, but 15 minutes? The technician assured me that they checked and did maintenance on everything they were suppose to and maybe they did. This is actually the second problem I've had with Airtron. In 2012 they installed a new A/C and the sales person assured me that the big, new A/C would really cool my house down. Our house is a Ranch style w/ basement. Not much to cool down. Well that year was the record heat wave and my house frequently would not cool down. I had them our several times to check the system and they said everything was working. They said that the problem was that the new A/C would only cool the house down 20 degrees from the outside temperature. So when the outside temp was in the upper 90's to 100 degrees, the house would only cool down to 80-82 degrees. We had to use fans to help cool the house. 2013 was the same problem.

Two installers arrived timely, removed old furnace and installed new furnace and humidifier. Doorhole cover was knocked off by pounding, but they replaced it. They cleaned up the area well. They explained how to change filters. Only problem was one dirty footprint near where humidifer inside control was installed.

Great. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do - endured sub zero temps and did an excellent job. Very professional.

Furnace went out late at night. They were the only one of 4 I called that returned my call. The tech came out and figured out the issue right away and figured out it was an inducer motor. Thanks for the quick response. Sadly, we had to order the part through our home warranty company so they will not be able to sell us the part and install it, but when we need a furnace, they will be the first call we make.

During the extreme cold that we have experienced I called them because my furnace went out. They said that they couldnt get to me and that I was not a priority. She said they could come the next day, but that would have been too late, my home would freeze up and the pipes would burst. I have a very large and expensive home that would be very expensive to repair if damages occured due to the furnace being out. I live alone in the home and the system for the home is very complicated, something I am unable to handle myself. I purchased their service for peace of mind, and really rellied upon them to take care of me and my home. This is a large national company but, the lady I spoke to explained that they only had 16 employees working and they could not get to me. They didnt have enough peolpe on call to service their paying customers. I have been using this company for 20 years and could not believe that they would not service me, especially considering I was paying extra for the emergency service. They really didnt seem to care. I called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady explained that all six managers were out of the office. I think they just didnt want to speak to me. How would all managers be out during this huge freeze up during which many people would be needing service. I explained that I would contact the corporate office and submit a report to the better business beaurau, and she really didnt care.

I had already diagnosed issue and was hoping they would have part in stock. Tech came in and said he had never seen that part on a Lennox system in his 15 years and doubted anyone would have the part. I found it on the Internet the night before and they had it in stock. He made a call and they called back with a price of $958 for the part with 4 day delivery. I would have heat in a week. They gave me a quote for a new furnace and said that could be done sooner. I'm okay with a 20-30% mark-up. But the part was $279 online and another $82 for overnight AM delivery. They just seemed more interested in selling a new furnace than fixing an existing one. Paid the $89 for the service call and said no thanks.

Ryan Robertson the sales consultant was responsive and reasonably priced the quote from Aug. 2013. The installers were on site and informed and technically sound and professional.

Within one day after purchasing the service contract thru Angie's list Airtron called to schedule a service call that would work for both of us. The technician called about 30 minutes before his arrival at the specified time. The entire visit took approximately 60 min and I will state that the technician was busy the entire time. A real great value!!

The techs are courteous and very thorough. It's easy to schedule appointments with them and their prices are comparable to others.

They did a good job. We were pretty pleased with those guys. We bought a new home and the previous owners used Airtron. Airtron was recommended on Angie's List so I went ahead and went with them again. The guy who came out had been with the company for 20 years. He was very helpful not only with what he was supposed to do, but just educated me on the process a little bit better. He helped me understand what I needed to look for and how to make some changes in the future on a couple of items. They have very good customer service. They are friendly.

Within a few hours of contacting them they came over and installed both units. Very professional staff. And I was very pleased with the service. The night the furnace was installed there was a problem and furnace kept shutting off. They came the next day to fix the issue. I was impressed that the manager personally called to insure problem was addressed and installed. Even though there was a slight hiccup I was incredibly pleased with the overall service. I would highly recommend using them.

I asked for a technician to check a strange noise from the furnace. He was punctual and showed me where the 2 cracks were in the heat exchanger.

They were very professional and at the same time honest. You read some bad reviews on Hvac companies so I was nervous but they were very professional. I called a buddy of mine in another state that does Hvac and he confirmed that airtron did it the right way.

Service was great, technician knowledgable and informative; even cleaned up after himself before leaving.

They sent somebody out and they didn’t even charge me. I had recommendations from other neighbors. They also checked the work the prior technician did on the furnace and they said it was satisfactory. I didn’t have to pay anything for that. He checked everything and he was here for an hour. It was 9 in the evening when he got here. I like that he used a low tech test for the gas leak. It’s where they put soapy stuff around joints and pipes to see if it bubbles. Apparently, that’s a traditional test for gas leaks. At this point, I’m really happy.

Sales rep was experienced and installation crew was very good and professional. Clean up was excellent.

The technician was prompt and provided good service.

Made an appointment request at 1:00 am requesting service for early next morning. Got an email BEFORE 8 am stating the could get to me between noon and 5 with a 30 minute call ahead. My furnace wasn't working and I was thrilled to get such a quick response. I used the free service call with repair coupon. The price was a little high considering there wasn't a service charge, it took 20 minutes, and they replaced a $20 part. The cost for the part with labor was $239. Overall, I was happy. Very cold weather coming the next day, great professionalism, very prompt and courteous.

Anyway we have had them for years (since we have lived here - about 9 1/2 years) and we have generally been happy with them.

My furnace broke down on New Year's Day. I called Airtron and they sent a technician that evening with no extra charge for being a holiday. He arrived on time and was VERY friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem--bad news, I needed a new furnace. This diagnosis was confirmed by a second opinion from another company. I set up an appointment with a salesman for Thursday to look at options. The salesman, Matt, also a former tech, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He walked me through all of my options and was VERY thorough and helpful. I ended up going with a different company due to slightly better financing, but I was impressed with Airtron, the tech, and Matt. I would recommend giving Airtron a call even though I went with a different company.
