Technicians call when on there way and arrived on time. It took 2 men all day to perform job. Did a great job cleaned up all their mess. I have used Airtron for 12 years and they do a great job!

I purchased a deal through Angie's List. The company was very prompt in responding to my purchase to schedule a service call. Everything went as planned. We have a system installed by Airtron when we built our house and so far we are very happy with them. Will definitely use Airtron again.

It went well. I purchased a big deal diagnostic service call for $49 which included a service call and $100 credit toward any repair. I spent another $146 after the $100 credit was applied to buy the part and have it installed. In total the service was $205 (big deal purchase plus the final payment). The technician was on time, very friendly and it went great. It was super easy getting the appointment secheduled, and they were very accomodating. He was in and out very efficiently without appearing to be rushing. I have had no issues with the furnace in the last couple of weeks since so they look to have remedied the issue. It was a very good experience.

There are good a/c people, then there are really superior ones. I was fortunate to get Jacob Deputy, who came out and cleaned, lubricated, and used his meters for an a/c tuneup. This man was very thorough, polite and personable. He called half an hour before arriving, and arrived on time. I couldn't ask for a better technician -- always ask for Jacob Deputy. Make sure you give the home office at least a couple of good contact numbers so they can get through when they call. Thanks, Jacob! You are the BEST, and I know. I manage 20 properties and I've had bad ones and good ones and then there is you, all in a category by yourself. Josie

Everything was fine. There were no additional charges to the $59 Big Deal, and I would use them again in the future.

Airtron offered competetive pricing and gave us a free 2nd opinion after we were displeased with another company. They sent an engineer to our home free of charge to make sure we could upgrade to a high efficiency furnace in the small space that our current furnace occupied. The installers arrived on time and were extremely knowledgable about what turned out to be a difficult install. They even had their manager come to the house to confirm that the work they planned would be the most appropriate way to complete the job. They were efficient despite the complications our home offered and cleaned up after they left. They were professional and courteous. We have nothing but praise for Airtron.

Our furnace stopped making hot air during the coldest winter in the history of forever. After my panic attack, I found an excellent Angies List deal. They came out the next day. I had braced myself for a large, expensive repair. Turns out it was a bad ignition that took 5 minutes to diagnose and 15 minutes to replace. Very pleased (and warm)

I'm really all that not happy with Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning. I got my air-conditioning that they'll service here and then after that my contract expires in August so I'll probably start looking for something in July maybe. I pay an annual fee, I think it's $179, that includes the Fall and the Spring check-up. The only thing surprising, I was with another large company before that, that company their repair reps are on a commission and they really ripped my mom off. They told her her furnace was dirty and it needed to be cleaned, they were there an extra 45 minutes and it went from $150 to a $500 fee so that's when I switched to Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning. The positive about them was, I had a humidifier and the guy told me "Mr. Landeck, you are better off going Home Depot or something than buying that filter for $15 that I sell it to you, I will have to charge you $45. From that standpoint, I got something going wrong with my furnace, he's not ready to fix it yet and they were going to charge when they said it was time, he said it would be $700. I talked to another place and they told me they will be able to do it for $475. I'll be using them next month. If I were to use them again in September for the furnace check-up, I have to sign another contract and I might do that, I don't know yet.

They usually go beyond way they are required/ contracted to do.

Came on time, cleaned furnace

The people who came out were professional. I think they were professional and they did their job well.

Called in the middle of the night due to furnace failure. A very nice gentleman called me back quickly. He was already booked up through the night, but I did appreciate the response. Another company did come out at 3 a.m. and quickly found the root cause of the problem.

Good value and great service. Jake was the service tech that provided the annual service, and represented Airtron very well. AirTron Heating & Air conditioning company originally installed the equipment and has provided all service. All experiences with Airtron have been good. I will continue to use them for my HVAC service and equipment replacement needs.

Initially called because had water coming out of furnace unit. Thought there was a clogged drain line. Airtron came out and cleaned the line, but the problem continued a couple of weeks later. I called them again and they came back out (no charge). This technician investigated and concluded the coil needed to be cleaned. He did the work that day, no additional charge and apologized that it took them two trys to solve the problem.

Purchased spring HVAC tune-up through Angie's List. Technician was dispatched within 2 days of the order. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection. He checked both heat and AC operations and checked all fluid levels and system pressures.

They were very prompt and competitive with the other company we contacted. They were very understanding to my mother living on fixed income. Had we not had a family member that ended up installing, we would have used them.

Called A.M to report no heat. Technician arrived in 1 hour and find problem. New unit purchased and installed same day.

It was not hard at all to schedule an appointment and they arrived on time. They were able to complete the repair on the same day and cleaned up well. Given the situation that I needed something done, the price seemed okay. Overall, my experience was good.

They are good. Everything went fine during inspection. Their price is fair. They were the company who installed the furnace in our house when it was originally built and I live in a fairly new house.

System was making noise. Called Airtron and "LJ" came in. Needed $750 part. Instead we decided to install a new system. Blake from sales came in same day and sold us a new system that was installed next day. Matt and Dave the installers were great

Very well, the installer came in view project and explained in detailed and started the work. It only took 2 hours.

Bobbie, Came on time and correctly found a bad Draft Inducer Motor. Price $815.00 I thanked him, paid $89.00. Came to my sense and found the motor at repair clinic for $93.00. I presume Repair clinic makes a profit. Airtron said it was $815. Wow stretches my english! Cause my other words are foul. Never ever call airtron my advice! But rate them an A!!
