Service Tech-- was cordial and professional. Went the extra mile to show me steps to maintain my system.

The service techs were on time. We have used Airtron for years! They have serviced both our furnace and air conditioning units. Always professional with outstanding service.

We called them as our furnace was not keeping up with the cold weather. They got someone to come the next day and he showed up at the said time. Tech was Lowell Jessup. He asked me how old was furnace. I said, I wasn't sure, probably as old as house 25 yrs. He checked things out and said: 1. Coil was blocked with dirt that you couldn't even see the light through it. 2. Heat pump was dead. We should replace the furnace instead of repair. Total cost: $5300 (with $700 discount). I got a 2nd opinion next day and it was the thermostat; changed for $200 and everything is warm and working now. AND, the 2nd guy looked in the furnace and found out it is 8 years old!! We have used AirTron for SEVEN years! They come twice a year for check and tune-up and always have said everything is fine. So, I asked why the coil was never cleaned all these years. Answer: they don't check THAT during the semi-annual visits. My trust is GONE! Obviously, the coil was not the problem and neither was the heat pump! This tech tried to fleece us. And the company backed him. I am NEVER using AirTron again.

It was a nightmare. The technician lied to me and was very rude. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau last year. I will never let Airtron in my house ever again. See the details above.

The employee looked over the unit and was able to start it, but couldn't find anything wrong. He recommended cleaning the air conditioner over the summer and suggested the issue was because the unit hadn't been used in 6 months and something got off track during the winter. They were very courteous and efficient, especially since I was 9 months pregnant and my house temperature had risen to into the high 70s in just a few hours.

The technician showed up on time, was polite and explained everything to me so I could understand it. It seemed he did a very thorough job and didn't left anything unchecked.

That's been some time ago. This was a $49 big deal purchase. They came out about a week after I bought the deal. They told me my furnace was shot and I had to get a new furnace. Once they told me the furnace was shot it was pretty well wrapped. To get a better grade from me they could have fixed my furnace for about $50 more and that would have been great. One technician came out to see me. They were professional. I would use them again if I could get that price.

Great technicians. Explained everything clearly and no pressure sales. Guys were all very professional, thorough, and clean.

Great - they came out the same day (within two hours of my call, actually) and had it repaired in under 20 minutes.

Blake Elder & Joe Zimmerman installed a new furnace at my home. They were on time and polite. They quickly installed the furnace and left no messes behind.

I received a reminder call the day before. Tech arrived a few minutes early. He was very professional and courteous. I didn't detect that he was a smoker which is a plus for me. He performed the work in 30 minutes. He seemed very thorough, cleaning the light covering of dust from components inside the furnace and checking all the wire connections to make sure wire nuts were tight. He willingly answered questions I asked about the furnace. I've had them out before and will continue to use them.

They did a fine job with the installation. Did run into an issue with the switch. Called Airtron on a Saturday night. They sent a good tech on short notice. They wanted me to be satisfied and I was. Airtron took care of the issue.

Mike was on time, courteous, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job installing and explaining our new furnace.

Pleasant young men arrived on time & installed equipment quickly. Very professional and polite.

It turned out well. They came out about a month ago. There were no additional charges. I'd definitely use them again. They provided good information, and it was very helpful. I think the only reason it wasn't an A is because there were a couple of follow up opportunities where the person may have said, hey I can have someone from our company give you a call to talk about that a little more, you know, there were areas that we talked about that he said, hey, I'm not sure with something we do is, you know, as a company that I think both of us would have been better off if he'd said, I'll have someone call you, because it would potential more business for their firm and service that I may need.

Annual maintenance was performed well. Confusion about cost on replacing a part - verbal quote was over $100 more than the quote that was included on the receipt. Maintenance tech quoted cost for installing humidifier. When indoor air quality tech arrived to install humidifier it turned out that the wrong model of humidifier and humidistat was recommended and actual cost would be several hundred dollars more - they offered a manager's discount due to the mis-information. Humidifier and UV air purifier stopped working later that day and tech came back out the following week replacing the humidistat. It stopped working again and a junior tech was dispatched who was not familiar with the system and couldn't fix it. A senior tech was then dispatched a few days later - he was able to determine the problem and get everything working properly with no problems since. We're very happy to have the humidifier with digital humidistat and UV air filter installed.

They are excellent. They have always been very courteous, prompt, and efficient. They are always on time and wear coverings on their shoes when they come into the house. I would highly recommend them.

We have only done the fall tune-up so far, but they were very responsive and willing to work with us on scheduling. They fixed some minor issues and gave us a competitive quote for work on a more significant fix.

From the scheduling the service to the actual job completed everything was done top notch! This was a 2nd opinion on my furnace. I contacted Service Plus Heating & Cooling to have a furnace tune up performed and they found issues that I didn't think were right. After consulting with a friend of mine in Houston, TX who owns a Heating & A/C business, I realized that Service Plus was trying to sell me a new unit without needing it. The technician was very upfront about the issues he found and I advised him to take care of them. There was no pressure by any means to buy a new unit or complete the repairs and he was upfront to me by letting me know my furnace might have some years left. I also purchased their annual service plan and look forward for them to come back in May to check my A/C unit. This company is professional in every aspect as well as they didn't pressure me into doing anything. He presented my options and let me decide which way to go and didn't even suggest a quote for a new unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an honest and truthful opinion. They gained me as a customer for life!

I had a great experience with Airtron. Our furnace finally died on Saturday night and we were able to call their emergency line and get someone our early on Sunday. Of course, we would have loved to have someone there on Saturday, but they were completely booked late into the night, which we understood. The contractor who came out on Saturday was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He diagnoses the problem, we had another very cold night, and two men showed up the next morning to replace the unit. It took them approximately four hours and the new unit was working. They took the time to explain the unit to me and everything I need to know. I would call Airtron again for a similar issue.

I purchased the annual tune up package with the online deal and was not able to have the company out until this winter to take a look at my furnace. Everything was running fine, but I wanted to have it looked at just in case. The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable. He suggested I make a minor repair and explained the price break that I would receive since he was already out on a service call. He made the repair in about 15 minutes. He also had to endure endless barking from my giant dog and he remained incredibly pleasant and un-phased. I received a call about 45 minutes before they arrived and then had an immediate email of the work order and receipt in my inbox upon completion. I would absolutely use this company again.

I was home sick that day and had my phone off and was asleep in bed. The tech cleaned my furnace and emailed me an inspection report. This was from a store front I had purchased. I highly recommend working with this company as you dont have to be home when they come and if you are home they wont wake up a sick home owner! Thanks AIRTRON!

Technician was very knowledgeable . He answered all my questions and did a thorough check .
