They called before they arrived. They explained everything and went over paper work/estimate. They were very hard working and thorough. Asked if I had any questions and said if I thought of any I can always call,very pleasant experience.

Rep had come cut 2 week ago for bi-annual pm – A/C chiller was bad leaking, old unit 16 yrs old – replaced.

Brad & Max arrived on time, were very kind and respectful, kept me up to date on the progress of the work and spent time telling me what done and asked if I had any questions at the end.

The installers were on time, very professional and the job was completed in less time than I expected. Very, very pleased!

We have an ongoing Airtron service plan on both of our HVAC units. We requested the upstairs AC unit be replaced when previous tech assessed a damaged coil. Upon request, Airtron assessed both units & provided estimate for replacement. We conveniently scheduled the installation- Mike Daniels installed. Very professional.

Cory showed up at the scheduled time. He performed my bi-annually HVAC cleaning and maintenance. One of my start/run capacitors was not functioning properly and it was replaced. Overall, Corey was very professional and thorough in his assessment and performance.

Fantastic service from phone call to installation. Called at 9:00 pm. Tech came out at 10:00 pm. They called me in AM prompty to schedule install in the morning. They were here on time & did a great job.

Always prompt,professional,and thorough. I have purchased two complete systems from them over the years and have never had one issue with them,not one! I highly recommend their preventive maintenance plan. Hvac is a big ticket item.

Joe & Matt arrived on time, introduced themselves, went over the work to be done. @ the contract @ then went straight to work. Covered the floor removed & replaced attic furnace, cleaned up thoroughly all in about 2 hours.

Alan was great. Right on time. Called before he came as requested. Had trouble getting into our security gate, but he didn't give up! Very professional and pleasant. In the past, I have had companies that did not do what they were paid to do. So I planned to sit and watch him so he would have to do his job. As soon as I met him, I knew I need not worry about that. He pointed things out to me, told me the best filters to use for the furnace, how to work the humidifier (I thought it wasn't working properly; just needed to adjust the knobs.) I have signed up for a maintenance plan with Airtron. I also had the experience of speaking with people on the phone at Airtron. Each person was very pleasant and concerned about my call.

Repair man said it was going to be $830. I asked what was the part cost and the labor cost. He said he couldn't tell me because he didn't know. I asked since I was an Angie's List member, could I get a discount. He said only if I purchased a warranty I could get it cheaper. He told me it would be 4-5 days to get the part in and repaired. I had NO HEAT. I complained and told him I was not happy and was going to call for a second opinion. He kept trying to sell me a whole unit and said I could get a discount on the entire unit but not the part. I called their CSR and was told I could get it at $706 - lowest cost. If I wanted it sooner, they would overnight the part, but I would have to share in the cost of the overnight fee. I had another company, Johnson Heating and Cooling, come out. They said they could repair the part for low $500's. They also said that the Airtron guy missed the fact that the unit was leaking oil and another part would need to be replaced that would be over $600. The furnace was 19 years old. I opted to purchase this from Johnson H & C instead of Airtron. Their price for the furnace was significantly lower than Airtron. I was not happy at all with the high price, the fact that it was going to take so long to get the part and I was with no heat, the fact that I had to call CSR and complain to get a lower cost that was still a couple hundred dollars more than the competitor. I will NOT be calling them again.

The salesman was not pushy and very helpful. Service workers did a great job, clean and went over everything with us before and after installation.

They did the job in half an hour. They are a good company. They're the only company that was honest when they gave us an estimate when we had the insurance claim.

Service tech came out on Wed., discovered problem with 18 year old system. Gave me options - decided to replace. Came out the next day and installed new system.

Airtron was prompt and extremely considerate, friendly, and caring. Our furnace had to be replaced on the coldest day so far this year. Our sales person went out of his way to make sure we stayed warm.

The service was super. The cost was part of the warranty that I purchased when I bought the furnace.

We got a discounted price for the maintenance but the price before that wasn't bad for their maintenance plan.

It was free. It was just a regular checkup. They were very good. They were here when they said they would be.

Old furnace not working. Called for service. Repaired for free temporarily until new furnace could be installed the next week. 2 Airtron employees arrived on time and completed all work in a timely manner.

Mike went over the details of what kind of furnace he was installing & the price, as I discussed with the sales rep the day before. Mike & Chris completed the work as described above. Mike went over the parts he replaced to have the new furnace function. He went over the billing & asked if I had any questions. He was punctual, friendly, & knowledgeable, the work was done sooner than expected! Cleaned up the work space. Very professional.
