They told us what the problem and we thought we would get a $100 credit but they said we didn't. This was not very clear. We had some confusion. Other than that they diagnosed the problem. They did it pretty quick and we did not have any problems. We did not think their service was that expensive.

Our A/C stopped working on Saturday over the July 4th holiday weekend and a tech fixed the problem the next day. Very pleased.

Great! They had installed the motor a few months ago and it went out. It was under warranty qualified so they replaced it with no problems. The tech was courteous and professional. They came out the very next day after we contacted them and they showed up on time within the window they gave us. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

Jonathan, the technician who came out, was great! Very professional and knew what he was talking about. I just bought my house last year and the A/C was working fine up until the past month when it stopped blowing cold air. Jonathan found the indoor system was running fine, but the outdoor unit was silent. Apparently, the hard start kit had exploded, the capacitor was dead and the contactor broken. He replaced all the parts, except for the hard start since it needed to be ordered and let me know I wouldn't have to be home for them to install it once it came in. He also noticed a plugged filter and coil, so he replaced the filter and washed the unit off. Airtron took a very serious weight off my chest since I was worried I'd have to replace the entire unit. I'll definitely be using them again.

The other companies made the this such an painful experience. Once Jonathon arrived to inspect our AC, everything went smoothly. They were responsive, professional, and worked quickly to get us a new AC. We had such a great experience we purchased the maintenance and warranty plan to continue working with them. Their pricing was comparable if not better than other companies.

From getting the estimate to the installation and everything in between, Airtron was professional and did the job well. I especially appreciated Ray Reks, who spent a long time with me explaining every aspect of the installation process. He presented a lot of options to me about how it would be installed, and I could modify it according to what was best for us. I wanted the intake and exhaust pipes to run through the basement and out the roof of the garage and the installers worked hard to get them set just right.

My A/C unit stopped working. I bought the diagnostic special. Repairman was prompt and courteous as always. Problem was diagnosed as a bad thermostat. I had it replaced with a wireless thermostat and love it now!!! I ended up spending more than I wanted to but the A/C runs great now and having the ability to control the unit via smartphone is really great. I've been using Airtron for three years now and have nothing but great things to say about them.

They changed a little bit on pricing. I’ve been using them for years. They changed system and I think it was a certain amount on a yearly basis for routine but they changed that system and I would have preferred it the way it were. It’s been a few years since that happened. I have not stopped using them.

Airtron seat a service tech out on Friday, may 27 to check why A/C wasn’t working. When they identified the failure, they scheduled the replacement right away. The install technicist was very prompt, diligent and courteous. This was a great experience.
