Arrived as scheduled, used shoe covers , did work, explained what was done. All went smoothly. Very satisfied.

Initially, we called Airtron out for a service call due to the air conditioner malfunctioning. The team responded quickly and provided detailed information regarding the issue. Then, we decided to move forward with replacement of the air conditioner due to the cost of the repairs. Ray was able to give us detailed estimate to replace the air conditioner and also provided information on furnace replacement. We found Airtron's quote to be very competitive, their service to be above standard, and the product to be of high quality. We are very satisfied with the service they provided and are happy to have a cool home (and looking forward to better heating this winter).

Everyone at Airton was very pleasant and professional. The service professional gave me an honest assessment of my A/C, and even though it included replacement, the price quoted was fair. The salesman answered all of my questions and gave me a fair price. The installation team was efficient, did not create a mess, and performed the job in less than four hours. I hope that my furnance lasts a long time, but if not, I will be calling Airtron for any future needs. I highly recommend Airtron.

GREAT! Repairman was very knowledgable and what we thought would be a problem that could not be fixed, the repairman had the air conditioner up and running in no time. Great! It was a blocked line, he cleared it out and showed us how to keep it clean in the future. In the end, it was cheaper to sign up for a service contract, which covered cleaning the lines. So they will also be back to clean the furnace this fall.

I couldn't speak highly enough about Airtron. I called late on Friday afternoon trying to get someone to come out and give us a quote. The salesperson told me he could come around 5:30 on Friday evening or he could come Sunday. We asked that he come Friday since the weekend was going to have record highs and we didn't have working air conditioning. We have small children and all the bedrooms are upstairs. He came Friday as promised and quickly explained our options so we could continue on with our plans for the evening. In order to help save on costs, he had someone come out on Saturday morning and replace the motor. That allowed us to have air conditioning during the hot weekend and we got a new unit installed on Tuesday, avoiding an extra weekend fee. The price we paid for the motor was deducted from out total bill so it didn't cost any extra. The salesman had to make some extra phone calls to ensure they could get the right motor. Matt Curtis was the salesman that worked with us. All the installation people were super nice and arrived on time.

They're a little high on the pricing. Their service is good and everything else is good about them, they're just expensive. I have a yearly contract.

This was a big deal purchase. I think it was okay. That was a while ago. I imagine the service was done close to the time I bought the deal. The service was pretty okay. They took a little longer than I thought and the owner was nice.

They called 30 mins before arrival 8:45 am two technicians introduced themselves & explained the work & length of time it would take removed old furnace & AC & replaced with new, wore shoe covers when entering house, explained work & answered questions.

Matt/and Chris were on time and completed their work in a very professional manner. They completed the replacement in a relatively short period of time and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

I am very impressed with AIrTron technical, sells, and installation staffs. They were all polite, professional and friendly. My problems started about 5:00 PM Monday August 8th and the new unit was installed and functioning by Wednesday August 10th about 3:00 PM. All work was done expediently and professionally. I highly recommend AIrTron heating and cooling services.

It went fantastically. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had while performing the full tune-up.

Procedure was very methodical & professional condition of old unit was reviewed temporary rapping until new unit was installed.

Dillon arrived to begin removal. Shortly after, Benjie the project leader, arrived w/ Jarrod. All members of the team asked questions & listened to answers carefully & thoughtfully. Benjie kept me upon each step of the process & was helpful & humorous they worked in the excessive heat (88+) w/ high humidity w/out complaint the clean-up was spotless. The whole job was done to a supreme revel.

Joe discovered a leak in the A/C coil. A new one was delivered an hour & later. Joe left for another job & then returned to install the new coil. Delay was unexpected but Joe handled it in a professional manner.

I ordered a $49 Angie's List special for a diagnostic trip and $100 credit toward any repair. My AC broke on Wednesday night. Airtron promptly contacted me on Thursday morning in response. The earliest appointment was a noon to 5:00 on Friday. My daughter waited from noon on Friday and got a call around 4:30 that the repairmen would arrive around 6:00. The repairman came and was professional and courteous. The unit was diagnosed as having a bad fan motor. The price after the $100 credit was $808. That seemed very high but it was 90+ degrees and I did not want to deal with looking elsewhere. The repairman said it would be Monday or Tuesday before the part would be in and he could come back to fix it. On Saturday morning, Airtron called and offered to have someone come out within a couple hours and replace it that day, which was a nice surprise. Airtron actually made a special trip on Friday night to also provide a portable air conditioner for us as a courtesy - again very nice. Everyone was very professional and very courteous. They offered to credit the $808 toward a new AC purchase if I agreed in the next 10 days to buy a new system. Really my biggest issue with Airtron was the price, which candidly I fully agreed to and did not bulk at. The diagnostic visit was relatively short (less than 30 minutes) and the installation of the motor was less than an hour. They did deliver a portable air conditioner at no extra charge as well. However, in looking at parts online, the motor part looked to cost less than $200, which means the labor would be over $700 (after applying the $100 credit and given the $49 Angie's list deal should have included the first diagnostic visit).
