I actually just stopped using them in the last three months or so. The fact is that I learned after the fact that it appears that after reading some other reviews and talking to some other providers that they are trying to basically get you to pay for some sort of service every time they came out. When I look back on the service that is why I kind of notice I am not really even sure now whether any of those never be replaced in the system. The reason I stopped using them was the fact that this last time they said I had a leak in my system and when I called for second opinion and actually it was contrary to the truth. I would never use them again.

I mean I would just say the lack of honesty about what is really going on with present system and you rely on service provider. It is their job. I don't know anything heating and ac and just I need to trust. I would not use them again.

Tech was on time, knowledgeable, and very friendly. When I asked questions the tech took the time to answer them.

I'm on their service plan. I've been with them for 7 years.

They really didn't have to do a whole lot. Things looked fine.

Excellent – 2 techs on time & efficient in & All out, clean & done in under 4 hours we have used Airtron from 1997 to date – very satisfied.

They came out and serviced our furnace and then they said that there was a leak but we paid them to find the leak. They came out and they were never able to find. That was a bit disappointing. They came out and cleaned the furnace but they were not able to find the leak.

It went well. The price was reasonable. I will use them again.

They did a good job. They charged me more than I expected, especially beyond the forty nine dollars. I would probably use them again.

Service Technician was friendly, went above and beyond. Cleaned pre-existing drainage line, and rerouted it so that there would not be any more leakage.

We were happy enough after the service so we kept using them. I have nothing to compare the price with.

I called them for a noise and they came out and checked it for me and tightened up bolts and stuff because it was shuddering and jittering. They know what they are doing. If they have questions, they call in to the office and get assurances on what is going on. They also give me an electronic invoices afterwards, and what is going on. It even includes the workers names and give you the history of the work.

They didn't find anything wrong and I would trust them on that. We've had no problems and we've been using them for years.

Another company put the unit in, but something went wrong with it, and they couldn't come out so I called Airtron and I have been with them ever since. I found them on Angie's List.

These guys went above and beyond starting with their sales team, ending with the install crew. They were very professional throughout the entire process. We will use them for future service.

We are really impressed with the service we received. Greg, the tech did a fantastic job. Replaced thermostat and got our central air going again. Air had been out for several years but and we have been relying on window units. We were terrified to call service based on a nightmare we had gone through with another prominent heating & cooling company. This experience was great and everything is now functional and for a great price.

Everything went well. He came out to check on the thermostat and unit and very quickly realized that there was just an issue with the thermostat. He offered to replace it for me, but also suggested that I could replace it myself for significantly less money. He was very helpful in helping me figure out which replacement thermostat to purchase and also gave me advice on how to replace it myself.

Moving into new home. Had heating/AC system checked. Leaks in AC unit. Replaced new unit.

I like the consistency of the repair techs that come out. They are very thorough. I can tell they are interested in just making sure things are running right. They don't come up with things that need to be repaired all the time. They seem to be very qualified and trained very well by the company to do a good job in maintaining my air conditioning and furnace. The work that they do is very good. It's what I expected. I would recommend them highly for having them come out and maintain the furnace and air conditioning.

Airtron came out the day after we called. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the part in his van and replaced it right away. I would recommend them for service.

I have been using them for a lot of years now. They always do a good job.

Furnace motor went out Sat Aug 27, 2016 temp was in 90's Airtron installed temporary motor until new furnace & air was installed on the following Thursday Sept 1, 2016. I am 80 yrs. old & the 2 men who worked were very respectful - cleaned up & explained how to set the thermostat until they were sure I understood. The saleman I worked with gone away from his son's soccer game to make sure it got right away.

Fantastic – they were so nice, neat and it went pretty fast. Wes and Greg were just great! Along with Blake Lackey!
