When we contacted them to tell them we wanted their product, they were prompt to schedule an install that fit our schedule. The two young men arrived on time, and immediately set to work. They did not do a lot of loud talking, but proceeded to remove our old system and install the new system. They also installed a new thrermostat, programable, and explained thoroughly how to program it. They even offered to do it for us. They were clean, polite, and curteous. They cleaned up the mess when they were done, and when they left our garage didn't even look like they had been here. I had complained about my house beind the dirtiest ever. They told me the old furnace was not properly sealed, thus letting in all the dust from the garage. Our old A/C ran almost constantly but could not cool they home. We are most happy with our new A/C. We also had a full home dust filter installed, I'm anxious to see if it keeps they house cleaner. I would definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ryan, the sales rep, visited my home to examine my current system and recommended a similar system that would meet my needs and allow me to maximize my savings with the tax credit and rebates. He assigned an installation date within a week of the quote. The technicians, Mike and David arrived at the scheduled time and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were very professional, unintrusive, and very neat in their cleanup. I am very pleased with my decision to upgrade and use Airtron as the supplier.

I called them out for service when my Heat Pump stopped working. After some initial diagnostics, I was told I was looking at a minimum of $1200 for repairs to an 18 year old system. While they would do the repair, they recommended I look into replacement as an option. The service tech called the office and we setup an appointment with a sales rep the next day. The rep took his time, looked at my current situation and recommended 2 options and price points. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the discussion, my options and the explanation of the benefits of a new system. I was quoted a new Trane system. I did get a competitive bid on a Carrier system from another company and Airtron matched that quote with a Bryant system. While they could not match the quote with the Trane System, they did lower the price to stay competitive. In the end, I like the company, the sytem and the warranty and purchased the Trane. They installed it 2 or 3 days later and the two installers were very good, clean and helpful whenever I had questions. I would use them again and recommend them as well.

Quite well. During a semi-annual service call, the technician pointed out rust in the air handling unit, and reduced pressure due to pin-hole leak in heat pump. Comfort Rep came for appointment, provide excellent infromation on units and which one would allow for Rebate and energy credits. Appointment was set for installation, technician worked from 9:30 am until 8:00 pm to compelete installation. He was professional, cleaned up everything, did a good job explaining new system. Paperwork was complete; with the only issue that the Comfort/Sales rep told us they would handle filing all the rebate forms which was not the case. Overall, and excellent experience.

I do not feel, based on the other estimates I received, the consultant was as thorough as I would have liked. He did not take any measurements of my home, did not count windows (that I noticed) and did not count registers inside. I understand there is a method to accurately sizing a system and I do not feel those steps were taken. The "premium" system I was quoted was one of the smallest systems, 2.5 tons vs 3.5 tons, based on my other three estimates and among the most expensive. The system was also smaller than Trane recommended on their website, using Trane's system calculator. Airtron offers Trane systems, and I compared my estimate to two other Trane dealers.

The work went on well and I was happy with them. They had actually come out to install 2 new water heaters for me and the guy who had come out was standing beside my furnace. That?s when he told me that they also service the furnace and asked me if I wanted to get it done since my furnace wasn?t looking clean. So they came out that afternoon itself to clean my furnaces.

I don?t recall the price we paid but we were pleased with their service. They were on time and cordial. Everything is working fine.

Things went well. They had come out when they said they would, and finished the work in a day. Everything is working well.

Overall they did a good job. They were punctual and they came out late on the same day as the service call.

The workers are always polite and they do a good job. I?ve never had any problems.

We like their servicemen very much. We just feel like they are honest with us and tell us what is going on and all of that. We feel comfortable in that. We have had service contracts with them in the past. I couldn't tell how much they charge us. It would be hard for me to say anything about the price. We haven't done much comparison shopping. We have done business with them pretty much exclusively. We have always been really pleased with them. It seems like they just go a little bit the extra mile. They are very responsive. We have had to call them over the couple of last years for things unexpected that happened. They are very good about letting you know what day and between what time and then even that day they let you know when they are coming. They seem to be very professional. They always seem to be like they know what they are talking about and explain things to you and so I appreciate that. We plan to continue using them in the future.

I ended up not being totally happy with them. They did what I thought was a good job that day. They had checked out the air conditioner and recharged it, which made things cooler, but my original reason for calling them was because the air wasn't very cool. As it turned out there was a lot of air escaping into the attic. I found that out on my own. They apparently missed that.

I liked the way they gave me the bid in printed format. They were very professional and were here on time. They looked over everything very thoroughly and I thought they did a good check. I probably wouldn't use them in future because of their price. They were not very expensive, but somewhat in the mid range.

We use them regularly. They do regular maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. They are reliable. They have honest pricing. They give you the estimate and stick to it. Their prices are fair. They are very efficient and professional. We don?t have anything bad to say about them at all. We spend around $150 every year. However, it will be changing shortly as we have signed a contract for twice a year visit from them. We will continue using them in the future.

I did not use them because I heard from someone that they are a bit higher than everyone. I decided to get someone local if I should ever need help. He gave me a couple of quotes and one was $3200 and the other was $3900. Everything was fine and he was able to give me the estimate right on the spot. They were out the day I asked them to be out.

They were great to work with, and competitive in price. The bid they submitted only got me a partial state tax credit, and it looked like they slightly oversized the system compared to what they were replacing, so I chose another bidder.

The workman showed up had big work boots on. He walks in my front door and it was nice of him to take his boots off at the front door but he does this three times. The first thing he said was that the furnace filter was dirty, clogging up the furnace and that is why the heater was not working. He asked the last time it was changed. I knew had done it right before Christmas. I had called other companies that mentioned they carried furnace filters on their trucks because there were only a few standard sizes made to fit all furnaces. This guy got right up in my face. He told me there were around 4000 kinds of furnace filters. He also said they should be changed more frequently. I have had a house for a long time and I know how to change a furnace filter. It had only been two months. He insisted that was the problem. He put his boots on, walked outside and walked around. I could see him outside talking on the phone. On the third time with the shoes off and on I asked what he was going to do to fix the filter. I am disabled and can not get around town easily. He said all I need was the filter. He just stood there waiting for payment of this diagnostic. I told him that was fine but I needed him to finish the job. There were plenty of places across the street that would have a furnace filter. I live within three to five miles of a store that would have a filter. They charge $169 an hour. He told me that would be the cost to go and get it. He then said I would be charged $40 for the furnace filter. I had already called a list of people for service. None of them could come. AirTron was the first company that could come out. I told him there was no way I was going to pay that. He then said I already owed him money. He said they start charging as soon as they drive in to the driveway. I made him get the boss on the phone. His boss then said they had been there 45 minutes and I was about to owe them $169. I told his boss that I would call the cops if the serviceman did not leave. It appeared, the whole time he was at my house, that he was casing my house poking his head in and out of rooms. A friend brought me a filter later that evening. It was a top of the line filter, changed it and that was not the problem. I knew the problem was not the furnace filter. The next company that came out and found the problem to be a part that had broken the air pump on the furnace. It was $750. I had to order the piece. I was without heat for a week. The guy that came was nice enough to have someone else do it for half price.

I've been using them for about 3 years. Their reps are good and I have been pleased with their service.

I did 3 bid comparisons with several top rated HVAC contractors off of Angie's List prior to awarding the project to Airtron. They removed my 14 year old furnace out of my finished basement & replaced it with a new energy efficient gas model. They worked for 6 straight hours ( I'm not sure they even took a lunch break). They cleaned up their mess, removed all debris, vacuumed and left the entire heating closet spotless. The men were punctual, clean and very polite. My only disappointment was the ad sign (resembles a metal real estate sign) they left in my front yard. They did not ask my permission ; which is disappointing. My neighborhood has strick ordiances against this kind of advertisement and of course, it triggered a call from our committee watch-dog.

I didn?t sign up for a contract for the spring and I?m not sure if I will or not. They had a technician that we were really fond of because he was a really sweet guy. It was a pleasure to look forward to his visit but unfortunately he passed away so we?ve lost him and that?s disheartening. I think they are a fine company and I have no complaints with them. I think they are a little steap in price.

They do good work. They have been easy to work with and the people that have come out and done the work have been nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the humidifier, but it was covered under the $50 service plan. They service it once a year and replace the filter. The only issue is that twice they did not show up when they were supposed to, but from our understanding, they apologized both times. After this happened the second time, they sent someone over within the hour because they felt so bad and also worked on some other stuff for free. They were apparently having computer issues and had to do a computer overhaul. Their prices are a little on the higher side.

He typically does not give quotes over the phone, but he bent over backwards in order to provide us with the information we needed.

They are very prompt and do good follow up. We have a service contract with them which gives us twice a year service and we have had that for a number of years. The price is fine.
