Description of Work: They replaced my water heater (the tank was leaking and parts were still under warranty through Bradford White) that was installed by RV Hallam/ Mr Plumber in Carmel in 2009. I no longer use Mr. Plumber due to a number of reasons I will not mention here. I searched for an alternative since my heater was under warranty. |Service Plus was out the day I called and had a new one in that evening. |They were nice, prompt, and efficient. Their labor price was also about $150 less than Mr. Plumber had quoted. Mr. Plumber claimed their prices were more because of the experienced staff. I must say that the technician who came from Service Plus was experienced with 20 years. I would use them again. | |

Description of Work: It was a great experience. We had a drain clog which we thought was connected to the outside main line or sewer line. We purchased a Big Deal on AL for this purpose. They called within a few hours of purchasing the deal and came out that same day. They called when they were on their way and asked lots of questions so he could be thinking about our job on his way. He determined the source of our clog and it did not fit the Big Deal. He gave me several options and their prices. I chose which we wanted to do and he worked to fix the problem. It was very affordable and I was so pleased with his work and his communication. He explained everything, the cost of the everything, and what he recommended. He showed resourcefulness in trying to find the best way to solve the problem for the best price since our Big Deal didn't work. He also had a lot of expertise in that our home is VERY old and the plumbing is a pretty crazy maze of old and new plumbing techniques.

Description of Work: Technician tried to sell a new system when not needed. See the expose on Fox 59. |Had two second opinions and then a third. All confirmed nothing wrong with unit. |Owner refunded money spent; always obtain a second opinion when considering a large investment. |When I asked owner if they installed a new unit and not needed would he refund money? He replied "I do it all the time." Interpret that how you will.

Description of Work: I called them to inspect a peculiar sound that is coming in my house. They asked to schedule a full inspection which involved a higher amount which i was not ready and was not that much satisfied with their answer.

Description of Work: Our furnace was out and we received a very high quote for a lot of work to be performed. I called another guy that I normally use who came out and got the furnace running again for much less without a bunch of extras thrown in. I just wanted the furnace running again.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a service call and had them unclog a sink.

Description of Work: Provided plumbing service, replaced 2 faucets one in Kitchen and one in master bath along with replacing sink in bathroom. Also unclogged bathtub drain in guest bathroom. Very prompt and reliable. I also purchased a service agreement from them to come out and check air conditioner and furnace.

Description of Work: Did hot water tank flush and plumbing inspection. Also did repair on one toilet. I paid $99 for the big deal and got the $100 credit on the toilet. It went very well and all my questions were answered.
