I was a little leery of taking lessons for fear of doing poorly, or just being embarrassed! Our dance instructor, Brigitte, was very nice from the first phone call I made to arrange our lessons. She made the lessons a very low pressure, comfortable experience. I told Brigette and my husband after the first lesson I couldn't believe how much I actually enjoyed it! They did offer us further lesson package deals, but we aren't sure we have the time and/or money to invest in them right now. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone considering learning to dance. They are fun and friendly and very low pressure! It's a good time!

We have taken private lessons there for many years. The instructors are very professional and tailor a program of instruction that is individualized to the skill level and interests of their students. They are not a cookie cutter chain studio. They teach the full spectrum of dances. They are very patient with their students, realizing that most of us are there for social dancing and not aiming at competitive dancing - although they are perfectly capable of providing that as well.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced dance lessons. Private, group and social dance party offered.
We take ongoing lessons and plan to continue indefinitely.
Very pleased with professionalism and flexibility--if we cannot get to a scheduled lesson and give 24 hr notice, we can reschedule without charge.

They are good and patient. They let us know if there is going to be a change to the schedule. They have free group lessons on Friday nights and a party after so that we can practice what we have learned.

A very professional team of instructors. My wife and I took lessons there for over three years and had a great time. We are still dancing, and we are even now helping out with some of the Special Olympians as they learn to dance ballroom. All this would not have happened without the expertise instruction at Scott Dance Studio. Our advice: take a weekly lesson, go to the Friday night dance parties at the studio and make sure to dance out in public as much as possible. We made a lot of friends there and hope to be back there again some day. The economy and a job loss just got in our way.

I would highly recommend them. We would buy blocks of time and the price depended on how many hours you purchased. They did have a 2-lesson trial that you can purchase.
