Basement only. Ordered for upstairs and bathroom. Order got totally messed up and no one could/or would try to get project back on track

Worst experience ever! Did nothing they said they would do. Here is what they sold: Dishwasher would be in within 2 weeks. It would be inspected then installer would call for appointment. Here is what happened: Dishwasher paid for. Was told delivery in 2 weeks. Installer called the next day to schedule 2 week out install. On install day, received call that installer went to store and no dishwasher. After 5 phone calls was told it was never ordered and would be there in less than 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called and was told they had no idea when it would come in. I went to the store the next day and was told it was actually there they just never called me. Installation was set for next week. On 2nd install day was called and told that installer went to pick up but dishwasher was damaged. Asked for a full refund. Suspect I will have to make several more calls to get it.

It went very well.  I received two phone calls from Lowe's to let me know, one the service would be today and two the water heater had been picked up by the plumbing company providing the service.  The company called to give me a time they would be at my home to install the water heater and they were here a half hour before they had given me.  The two gentlemen who came went right to work and were done and cleaned up in about an hour.
