Kim Bell made selling my home a smooth and seamless process.  Kim was an excellent adviser regarding curb appeal, staging, and pricing for a quick sale.  Kim was very responsive, prompt, organized, informed, and essential to the successful sale of my home.  She provided thorough comparables for pricing my home in the "sweet spot" that allowed me to sell my home within 3 weeks at a very fair price!  In addition, Kim guided me through all of the administrative things attached to a home sale such as discontinuing utilities in one home and starting in another (She has all of the appropriate phone numbers and websites!), several great recommendations for contractors (should you need them), carpet cleaners, title companies, etc., as well as suggestions for appropriate time-lines and action items.  
On the other side of the fence, Kim Bell, was an incredible resource in finding the perfect home for me and my family.  We purchased our new home in Hamilton County and she definitely knows the area like the back of her hand!  I let her know what we were interested in and she came up with several great homes for us to tour.  She helped me to negotiate a more than fair purchase price and expertly guided me through the inspection process and counter offers based upon the inspection result.  Kim was an invaluable advocate for me and I'm not sure I would have gotten the same kind of deal without her.  She is very knowledgeable about real estate law and building codes and caught many things I would have missed.
