When we first moved to Indy we began looking for a real estate company to help us get situated. After calling GreenTree, I met with Andy Crouch who began showing me around town while my significant other was at training for work. After looking at a variety of options we decided it would be best to get an apartment and put house hunting on hold. Andy gave us no pressure whatsoever about the decision. Fast forward a year and we decided it was time to get out of the apartment and into a house. We talked with Andy again and looked at several more houses. He was great to work with! Absolutely no pressure, we set our own limit on what we were going to spend, and we weren't shown houses out of our price range. Andy took us wherever we wanted to look including some very interesting foreclosures (hint: don't trust the pictures!) Andy worked with us through the entire process and made sure that we were making smart decisions. He was very helpful when we were working with the bank and a few issues that arose from that process. Overall, Andy was great to work with and I would recommend GreenTree to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
