It has been a couple of years since I've used them, but when I was using them I always got good service. They were always friendly and did what they said they were going to do. They fixed my car and I didn't have any problems with it. I just thought they were pretty good. They were ready whenever they said.

I kind of had a whole long history with my exhaust problem. I had good experiences and bad experiences all along. It just went on for months. They've always done good work.

I was surprised that they don't plug tires anymore. The repair may be better but the cost is half the price of a new tire.

The estimate, the repair time was on point. Roger and staff were very professional as always. I have been a customer of this location for about 10 years. My records were sent to this location after the location at Esquire Plaza closed. I had traded with the Esquire location for over 15 years. They staff is trustworthy and always takes the time to explain in details so that I can understand. My van is 15 years old and Goodyear is the only automative service dealer that has consistently worked on my vehicle. I have had several other vehicles for my children while growing up and Goodyear worked on them as well. I have recommended this location to friends and family members. I have never received negative feedback and I have asked.

I have never had a problem with them. I have been using them for the past 20 years and will continue to use them in the future.

Made an appt, got there on time, they started on time, diagnosed the problem. Gave me the option ot continue as is or replace the rotors. I had them replaced.

They are very knowledgeable and don’t try to talk you into things that you don’t need. They explain things very well and they do good recommendations. Their price is pretty reasonable. They get things done quickly. We are pleased with them and would continue to use them in future.

Between the wheel replacement and the flat on I-69, we took our car back twice because of repeated 'low tire pressure' messages. They told us that the remaining wheels were 'rusty' and dirty and that they would clean them up for free. They could not tell us which tire they had repaired before or which sensor was back. Basically, they acted as if we were crazy for bringing the car back for the same original problem. The same store told us all 4 tires were worn out. After going somewhere else, we found out one tire had 2/32" left, the rest were between 8/32" and 5/32". Goodyear claims a 50K mile 'warranty' on these tires. However, all you get is a discount on a new set based on whatever wear remains on the tire. DON'T BUY THESE TIRES! We ended up going to Discount Tires across the street. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Fairly well. However, tire ad prices never seem to match reality (not just for Goodyear).

Roger was excellent from start to finish. He told me exactly the cost of all of the services upfront and that was the price that I paid. The services were performed on time. Everyone was very friendly.

The sales associate found the right set of tires for me and gave me a quote. I had the option of staying at the service center or leaving my car with them. I took the latter. The car was ready that evening. Throughout the transaction he was courteous and friendly. The quote was accurate. When they discovered that my wheels needed alignment, they called and got permission to do that. They called again when the car was ready.

The belt broke and I took it there because it was the closest place. It took 2 add'l. times taking it there for them to get the adjustment right.

WHEN MY HUSBAND RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE, HE THOUGHT IT WAS HIGH. HE SHOPPED AROUND AND GOT SEVERAL SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER ESTIMATES FOR THE SAME GOODYEAR TIRES. BECAUSE HE ALWAYS HAS HIS CAR SERVICED AT THE GOODYEAR SHOP, HE ASKED GOODYEAR IF IT COULD GIVE HIM A BETTER DEAL OR A DISCOUNT, COUPON, ANYTHING ON THE PRICE OF THE TIRES. HE WOULD'VE PAID MORE THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES' ESTIMATES, BUT HE WANTED SOMETHING CUT OFF THE PRICE. GOODYEAR REFUSED TO CUT ITS PRICE, SO HE GOT THE TIRES ELSEWHERE. HE'LL CONTINUE TO HAVE GOODYEAR DO HIS REPAIRS, BUT HE'LL GO ELSEWHERE FOR TIRES.

WAS GIVEN ONE ESTIMATE AND THEN WAS CHARGED OVER ANOTHER 150 DOLLARS MORE THAN THAT. TOTAL TIME OVER 7 1/2 HOURS, WHICH IS WAY TOO LONG. DID NOT LIKE ANY OF THE EXPERIENCE. WERE NOT EVEN WILLING TO HELP AFTER TALKING TO THE MANAGER. SAID HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. NO PAPERWORK WAS EVER GIVEN TO ME. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING ON THE TOTAL. 411 DOLLARS WAS CHARGES FOR LABOR.
