The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the option of waiting till fall to address certain problems, but I wanted everything to be done at once. He explained their maintenance program to me. He explained to me how I would save money on certain items now and later if I opted for the maintenance program. He did not over-sell his program, and it seemed to make economic sense, so I signed up. The technician tested all components and allowed me to watch because I was interested. He performed all the service and cleaned up after himself. He was very polite. We will be seeing him again in the future.

They gave us a discount for signing a maintenance contract with them. I called them and told them the problem. They were very prompt. The repair guy had all the parts with him. He gave us an estimate. He explained everything to us.

I have used Broad Ripple many times before, but this one particular time a tenant called with a furnace that went out. I had Broad Ripple come out and they had everything up and running in no time. I was pleased with the discount that I receive as well for having multiple units.

The quoted price on the new heat pump wasn't bad, but the quoted price on the other stuff was quite high relative to other estimates I received (the whole house air purifier price was four times higher than I got from other companies). However, the rep was professional & prompt. I did not hire this company, but I would consider them in the future in a pinch.

They worked me in where when they were completely booked they got me to be first on the list the next day. They went above and beyond. They were very good about helping me get the best use of the space in my basement so that everything was safe. They even gave me a discount on all the parts and it went for every time they were here.

They were very helpful in helping us decide which unit to go with. It is a high efficiency air conditioner and it is working very well. We have a three year contract with them to service it. They are very prompt and they always call me before they come. They are professional and courteous.

We found the old water heater was leaking and they were out the next day and installed a new one. They were very respectful about being inside my home and around my surroundings. It is expensive work but their pricing was very reasonable. There was a slight problem the next day and they came out the next day and fixed it.

Our A/C stopped working on Saturday. Air was blowing through the vents, but it was not cold. We called the 24 hour line for BR Heating and Air and someone was able to come out Sunday afternoon. The technician, Steve, was so professional and he explained everything to us in detail. We were so thankful that someone could come out on a weekend to repair our wiring issues. Steve even worked outside during a rainstorm!! The parts he replaced were covered under our warranty, so we did not have to pay for anything!

This did not go well. I told them there was a frozen coil, we gave this info when we called in for the appointment. They hosed down the outdoor condensing unit and charged me $125 for that. Then they left. The AC still did not work, they came back, the indoor coil was still frozen over. They determined the system was low on refrigerant and charged another $50 for that. Then they left and the system still did not work, no cool air. I called again and asked them to come back out since it was not working, they responded with being unable to come out for 5 days. They charged $175 with nothing working still, and we had to go with someone else to get our AC working again.

They were on time to do the work. I will continue to use them. The quality of their work is good. They are easy to work with. They are professional while they are working. They are very personable. I would recommend them.
