Broad Ripple Service Experts

We have been using their services for about eight months now. They are very quick to come out if there is a problem. We chose them because they were highly rated.

They were very good. The price was ok. They were very busy but they were able to work me in. We've had a lot of rain so I needed the pump working. I called them Sunday night and they were here on Tuesday. The installation of the toilet was a good service also. (Price noted is for the toilet and the pump.)

We feel like they provide a good service. They have found things in the past that needed to be taken care of. We were a little apprehensive when they said we needed a new circuit board but when they replaced it the AC ran much quieter. The approximate cost given is for the maintenance program for one year. Any repairs or parts are extra, but there is a discount.

Schedule the service months ahead. When they finish on service they schedule the next one 6 months later next due 10-15-08, 10-12 am. The furnace and AC are "Carrier" They always leave "report card" for me to evaluate the service man & returned to the co. very reliable. I don't have to think about it.

They give a reasonable time frame for their appointments and always keep it. They were unable to keep one appointment in the promised time frame but they called ahead of time and explained their problem. They still arrived later that day. They don't have an extra service charge for weekend and evening calls. They are very professional.

They were professional and on time. They explained everything very well. They called ahead when they had to be late once. They are honest and wouldn't sell us something we didn't need.

Phones are answered by a call center, much like calling tech support for a computer, with long delay on hold, lacking in professionalism. The job was finally scheduled. Plumber called to say he was on the way. He gave an estimate of repair and detailed explanation of what he discovered & did to correct the problem.

Very dissatisfied that they did not give a broken down bill. I don't know what I paid for as far with labor and parts.

I had made an appointment in advance. They called and said that they were busy and asked if they could change the date. I said that they could not, so they still came at the time promised.

They were very nice on the phone and when they came over, they gave me a fairly reasonable price for the water heater. They did a good job hooking it up and cleaning up when they were done.

Terry carefully worked through all the systems to eliminate the well, pump control box, pressure tank, and water softener as source of the low flow. He tracked it to a clogged sediment filter. Flow was returned to normal when this was changed. Along the way, he cleaned various faucet screens and the clothes washer hose screen (which I didn't even know I had). He advised us about the proper intervals to change the sediment and RO system filters. I learned a lot about the care of my water system today.

Overall it went very well. He did above and beyond what was expected and he even cut a tree limb away from my A/C outside my window.

We have had outstanding service from Broad Ripple Heating every time we have dealt with them. I'll report here on the last time we had service, but it has been consistently excellent over the past 20 years. We had our A/C system cleaned and serviced by them recently. I always ask for a specific serviceman because he lives just down the street from us and does a very good job. He knows I like to get an early start so he will make our appointment his first of the day, usually getting here earlier than they schedule. He is always prompt and professional. We have never had a problem with any of his service. On occasion he has mentioned minor repairs that we could make ourselves to avoid an expensive repair.

They fit me in on an emergency basis. I appreciated that. I thought it was very expensive for the work they did. They were clean, fast, helpful, and courteous.

It took him a little longer then I expected, but in the end he did a good job. He showed up on time and didn't leave any mess and very professional and did an all around good job.

They usually show up in the window of time that they give and sometimes they even show up early. They are very professional; they wear shoe covers in the house. If they do have a goof up, they take care of it promptly.

I couldn't believe that they came out sooner than they promised. They called before they arrived at my home. The service man was very professional. The service man was very careful not track berries in our home. I thought the charge was pretty fair.

I expressed my opinions about the price of the estimate and also the estimate and what they recommended and it didn't seem to bother him. I am a 100% disabled veteran that he took advantage of.

John was very knowledgeable when he came out to quote the job and gave us suggestions on placement and other helpful tips. He provided the estimate on the spot, which was different from another plumber that we called. Once we accepted the quote, the work was scheduled quickly. John did the installation, which took less time than we thought. They did a great job!! It was a messy job, but they clean up after themselves and left the space as good if not better than when they found it. We received another quote from an Angie's list participant and Village Plumbing was 1/2 the price. We would definitely use them again.

They are very skilled plumbers. They are very professional. They are good with old house-style plumbing. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

I called this company to replace my heater and air conditioner, I wasn't there when they installed the unit, but they did clean up after the installation. The only thing is that he closed the door to my cat liter box, and my cat had to use the other liter box.

It went very smoothly. They showed up on time. They were friendly and they were professional. Also they cleaned up after themselves. We have a room that is too warm in the summer so the salesman gave us some advice on how to treat that.

I would give them very high marks. The guy came out and gave an estimate and the guy showed up on time. The air conditioning has worked well so they did a good job. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

A young man came and stayed with him the whole time. He said to me my a/c is old, so he suggested I purchase a new one. It's not in my immediate plans to get a new one yet. He was taking things apart that didn't need to worked on. I asked him to do just the freon, and when he was finished, he handed me a bill and I was shocked. I estimated the price would be around $100 and he charged me for everything I didn't ask him to do. It was $360 and I complained and I never got a call back.

The service technician arrived within the specified time frame, did a good job of going over the options available to me (and risks, given our scenario). He performed the work professionally, and the drain situation is much improved. I gave a "B" on price -- I paid what was quoted (less, actually, after some discounts were applied), but it was a little annoying to pay a 2 hour minimum fee for work that took approximately 25 minutes. I suppose it goes with the territory.
