Great! Arrived when promised (with a call first telling me they were on their way). Gave price in advance, fixed problem on the spot and honored the Angie's List coupon. Shawn did the work. He also gave some advice about other projects we are considering.

I was very pleased with their work. They did an exceptional job.

They were very professional. They wore slippers on their feet when they came in and were very conscious not to drag anything in or mess anything up. They did a very good job!

Broad Ripple got everything going again as usual. I regularly go back to them as they are reliable and have always done good work for me.

Our air conditioner was not working properly. Our system is about 25 yrs old. George came out and looked over our system. He recommended a new system, but we wanted to limp by a little longer if we could. He cleaned the coils and added the freon.

They did a great job first in coming out for an estimate on repair and replacement and then sending follow-up information. I waited a long time to get the work done and when I called they easily pulled up my file, ordered the proper toilet and came out later that week. The service provider arrived exactly on time and was very polite. He explained everything to me and took care to leave the house and bathroom clean. I was very happy. Ive used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Very well. We have dealt with BR Heating for approximately 20 years. We have always been very pleased with both their sales and service operations. Today's call was no exception. Serviceman was conscientious and professional.

Received a quote from Larry at Broad Ripple heating after several band aid repairs on older Trane unit. The installation crew arrived at the designated time. Workers kept their work area neat and tidy. Answered lots of questions from a curious customer and explained what they were doing and why. Completed the installation ahead of schedule and the new Lenox system works like a champ. From the very first phone call to Broad Ripple heating this company has bent over backwards to attempt previous repairs and to find the best unit for my situation. I would high recommend Larry and his crew.

Great job! They were able to fit us in on a fully scheduled day, and completed the job in under an hour. Andy was pleasant and answered all my questions. He recommended the enzyme product to maintain our plumbing, but made sure to warn me of possible issues such as more clogged drains due to large amounts of grease breaking off the walls of our pipes. Since our house is 50 years old, and on a slab, there were other more expensive updates that we were informed of, but Andy did not try to sell us more than we needed. He was honest, helpful, and did the complete job quickly.

They had two to three people out here for a couple of hours to prepare an estimate. They did the best job out of several estimates on giving a bid for the job. I chose not to use them because of the way they were going to fix it.

I phoned this morning for a service call because our air conditioning was not working. The visit was scheduled for afternoon (12-5), and the serviceman (Ted) was here at around 3:00. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes and got my okay to replace the thermostat. By the time I looked at it, he was finished installing the new one. I was a bit disappointed in that it looked absolutely HUGE to me-- very conspicuous and (I thought) unsightly. Ted said it was the smallest one they sold. He had put a back plate on it, he said to cover marks from the previous thermostat. I asked if the back plate could be removed if/when we paint the room. He said no, because the wall was torn up behind the plate where he'd had to remove wires. Anyway, the work was done well and quickly. The cost was $345, which seems pretty high to me. I just looked on-line and found the exact Honeywell thermostat he installed for $59.95. So, I guess service call and labor were close to $300.

On Wednesday, May 16th, I was called by Service Experts to let me know they would not be coming because they were working on repairing other people's Air conditioning. It's a 65 degree day, so I do not know why they put me off and told me to reschedule.

They were very courteous and clean.

We have used them for years. All went well.

We are extremely happy with their service and their work.

I HAD THEM COME BACK OUT FOR A QUOTE TO INSTALL A DUAL A/C SYSTEM IN THE HOUSE. THE REP (HE WAS VERY NICE), BUT BECAUSE OUR HOUSE HAD BEEN REMODELED, COULD NOT TELL EXACTLY WHERE TO INSTALL ANOTHER SYSTEM IN THE UPSTAIRS OF OUR HOUSE. HE TOLD US TO CALL THE BUILDER AND FIND OUT WHERE TO PUT ANOTHER A/C SYSTEM. I DO NOT HAVE THE NUMBER OF THE BUILDER THAT REMODELED OUR HOUSE. THERE HAS BEEN NO OTHER FOLLOW-UP.

I received a phone call that Andy was on his way approximately 30 minutes earlier than anticipated. I had provided information about the disposal, sink and faucet I had purchased when I scheduled the appointment. As soon as Andy arrived he wanted to see what I had purchased. After determining that it should work, Andy looked under the sink and recommended the shut off valves be replaced. He turned off the water, using the existing shut offs and did not need to replace them. He reviewed 2 possible ways to bill me, payment for completion of each task or a fee for the number of hours needed to complete the job. While taking the old items out, Andy showed me the condition of the inside of my pipes. I was not having any trouble with draining, but given the condition, I purchased the product suggested. He also suggested the electrical connection for the disposal should be in a box. Andy took the time to answer all of my questions, completed the work and had the area cleaned up in 3 hours.

I have a maintenance agreement with them. They fixed something after another company tried three times unsuccessfully. They offer very good service.

Very good about coming back when my furnace kept going out and not charging me the service call over and over. It took several service to finally figure out what the problem was.

I called originally on Saturday afternoon and told the person taking the call that my situation wasn't an emergency and could wait until Monday. I was told that someone would be in contact with me on Monday. I waited until after 2 pm on Monday and had to call them back because I had not received a call at that point. They did have a serviceman call and come out to service our air conditioner on Monday. He got the system working but said our unit was not in very good condition and that we should consider replacing our unit.

We had had a service contract set up with another HVAC company but when needed they failed to show up and when we talked to them were very rude to us. We the hired Service Experts, from the start they were great. They were prompt, courteous and gave a detailed explanation of everything that was needed and suggestions for corrections of the issues. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from them and set up a service contract.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. BILL KIRKLEND, THE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THIS COMPANY, DID A GOOD JOB INSPECTING AND FIXING THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO COME OUT AND CHECK THE AIR CONDITIONER/FURNACE FOR THE FALL (COOLER SEASONS).

I emailed Ed Kittle at Village Plumbing. I left him a message on a Sunday and he called me back on Monday. He told me he would send one of his best plumbers. We scheduled the meeting and John was on time and spent a lot of time looking at my situation. He got in the crawl space and found that the home had a slope problem on the drain that was not done correctly when the home was built. He has a fix. Although I can't afford to fix it at this time he advised me that running a roto-rooter would only be a temporary fix. I agree with that. I hope to get the work done in the future. Great Job. Excellent. Prompt, courteous, fair price. Did exactly what they promised.

We had a drain backup and toilet overflow in our basement and needed to have the problem corrected. Our usual plumber was unable to send out someone the same day, so I called Village Plumbing. Having been a long time customer of their sister company, I was confident they would do a great job. I was not disappointed. The plumber arrived and evaluated the problem. It was determined that the main line in the house needed to be cleared out. They were very up front with the costs, explaining that depending on where the clog was, they might need to use bigger equipment to clear the line. We were lucky and the line was fairly easy to open. The plumber did a great job and did his best not to make a mess. He checked to make sure everything was working before he left and helped give us some tips to avoid problems in the future. I appreciate the work they did and the fact that they were able to come the same day. I would highly recommend them!
