Bowman's Carpet Care

Bowman Cleaners folks arrived on the dot of 11, which it happened. I'm not used to people being so punctual. They told me what they were planning to do, looked at the areas, and got to work. Dark stains from my dogs and marks from spilled drinks were all completely gone when they finished their work 35 minutes later. They gave me some vacuuming tips and were gone, having done a remarkable job. Very courteous and professional men.

I scheduled the cleaning for the day after I took possession of my new home. The cleaners were prompt and professional. There were a number of stains and very dirty areas in the carpet. They walked through the home and talked about what they thought they could do to get out the stains, etc. They were very frank about areas that they weren't sure would clean well. I was very happy with the service. The carpet looked better than I hoped. Their communication was excellent throughout the cleaning.

Bowman's Carpet Care did a fantastic job! They were very flexible with scheduling (i had to cancel the first appointment last minute) I lived in an old apartment, the carpets had never been cleaned before, and had fallen victim to several years of spills and heavy traffic. I didn't think that they would come clean, but he carpets looked brand new after they were done! They were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

It turned out well, if not great. There was some additional charges because we added the stair wall. This is the first time I have used them. They are very friendly and nice, did everything that we had asked. The only bad thing would have been the if they had moved furniture for us to kind of get underneath the furniture to clean the carpets, but didn't realize that was part of the deal or not. The carpets look great now. They did a great job. I would use them again.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out well. Their schedule was pretty convenient for me and they came out right away. I didn’t pay anything additional apart from the big deal amount. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I thought their price was reasonable. So far I can see that the quality is very good. They were good with punctuality.

They did a good job, were friendly, responsive and professional. Carpet looked much better after treatment although some grease/oil stains from the bottom of a lazy boy chair did not completely get removed.

Went well. He came at the day and time as arranged. Carpets looked great.. I cannot remember the cost of the big deal. I just remember it was a bargain.

I bought an Angie's List deal. Like a true procrastinator, I waited until after my deal expired. They still honored the value that I paid for the deal towards my services. (I've dealt with some places that have not.) They were right on time. Very quick, but thorough! I thought they did a great job, and my light colored carpet definitely looked better! i have dogs so the carpet was getting bad. They definitely did a better job than the last company I used to clean my carpets. I would definitely use this company again.

The service went fine. But the carpet didn't stay clean but about a day or so. Missed a few spots upstairs. Notice the missed spots after carpet dried and was able to go upstairs

They were good and prompt. The gentleman who came out and did the cleaning on tile said he would check with his boss about the pricing on the stairs and carpet. But at the end of the day his boss called me and said they could be out the next morning to clean the carpet. So they were very efficient and on time.

They were very prompt and professional. Adding extras on at the last minute was fine with them. The owner and his friend did the work and we will definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, we had them look at a couple of other areas that will be needed cleaning soon and will be scheduling that in the near future.

Way better than expected!! The guys were friendly and did fantastic work, cleaning the carpets and getting out the stains. The carpets look brand new. I used a coupon from Angie's List and saved money also. I will use Bowman's Carpet Service again and highly recommend them!!

They are hard workers. They did great. They were quick, efficient and thorough, which was impressive. If I had questions, they answered and they were definitely service oriented. I had a discount and I found them through Groupon in the mail. They kind of did a little extra and they were very good. They are good at what they do and they did what they said they were going to do. The thing that I liked the most was, when I was arranging the service, they were very courteous and they were really flexible with my schedule. So they worked with me and they were super nice company.

It was fine and they did a good job. There was a kid at home sick from school and he didn't want to go into her room and clean the carpet unless somebody was there. He didn't want to bother her. He was very conscientious and he was very kind. He did a good job. I was pleased with the work and the price was good. He was very thorough with the cleaning. He was very timely and he was very professional. We have pets, so we know that some of the stains will come back. But it looked really nice when he was done.

They cleaned 3 rooms, and 2 walk in closets plus the chair. They said that they try to go the extra mile for Angie List customers and they did. The grandkids had badly stained one carpet and all those stains are gone. A 3 season room was treated for possible mildew. Definitely would use them and recommend them to others.

Very prompt, explained the process, how long it would take to dry, the house looks amazing and smells great. The stain was removed.

Scheduling the service was easy, the cost was affordable and the execution of the service needed went perfectly. He really seems to work miracles. I've used Bowman's Carpet Care on a couple occasions now and each time it has been absolutely top notch service. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies out there and I have interacted with a number of them, but Bowmans Carpet Care is and will continue to be the best option for Indianapolis and will continue to be my go to company. Can't say enough good things about this service provider.
