Bone Dry Roofing

My experience with them was excellent! We very much trusted Ryan Hergott who came and gave an estimate and answered our questions. He wanted to personally show us things. We appreciated that. He was very clear on what their company would provide. They were right on as far as the actual cost versus the estimate. Their team of workers were plesant, efficient, and careful to protect our shrubery. They cleaned up afterwards beautifully. Overall, they were just very professional and they finished earlier than what they had anticipated. Lastly, they worked very well with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them to a neighbor, and have done so!

Excellent. The estimate for the roof went well and I'm glad I can put off putting on a new roof. The flashing over the gutter seems to be working well but we had a mild winter so I couldn't observe ice much. Just a little snow.

They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything they brought and were very courteous. We would defintely use this company again.

The is an excellent company. From the first visit with the salesman to the completion of the roofing job. We had an estimate from another Angie's List roofer and their estimate was $3000. higher than Bone Dry Roofing. They arrived on time and started to work immediately.The crew was very careful with all our landscaping and left our yard cleaner than when they arrived. They also mad additional repairs to our screened porch roof that were not included in the original estamate at no additional cost. I would highly reccomend them to any Angie's List subscriber who needs roof repair or replacement.

They were fantastic, I wouldn't even call anybody else. They had the roof torn off in one day and the new roof put on the next day. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Everything was right: price, service, quality. Someone came back in the middle of the night to do the flashing on a skylight because it may have rained, which would have caused a leak in the house.

The work turned out okay, not too bad. It took a while to get it completed, and it got off to a rocky start. There was a lack of communication between the workers and they accidentally took the roof off our new addition, so they had to re-do that before starting the roof they were supposed to replace. The clean up was not all that great either.

There was a slight probelm which resulted from me not communicating my expectations clearly. Bone Dry Masonry resolved the issue and my new chimney is something the CREW can be proud of, Bone-Dry Masonry can be proud of and one which I'm proud. I found Bone-Dry Masonry and Bone-Dry Roofing to have many outstanding employees. I will use them in the future for my masonry and roofing projects.

The price was competitive and knowledgeable. They did a nice job of doing the flashing around the chimney. They protected the landscaping and cleaned up well after themselves. Its a good looking roof. They also put vents on top and found some bad sheathing and replaced that as well.

They did a nice job. The owner came out and inspected the work after completion and answered question we had.

They were very thorough, they spent time thinking about the project. They were quick, they had many people on the job. They also had a winter discount which was nice.

Actually, the whole set up of getting it done was good. However, they came a day later than they said they were coming. I had one issue of leaking afterwards but they were good about following up and resolved it immediately. They did not charge and it was right after they had finished within a week or so or two weeks. Other than that they were a little disorganized in actually getting here. They set the time of the appointment supposedly but then I had problem calling back and getting them to reconfirm and actually showing up when they said they were going to. I got a couple of other estimates and I would say their price was decent and fair. I would use this company again in the future.

The salesperson, Chad, was extremely professional and personable. Unlike the other firms we contacted, he could figure out the estimate and ready it within the hour. Bone Dry was NOT the cheapest estimate we got, but we were won over by their professionalism, and all of the upgrades included in the price. The crew showed up promptly and finished what we were sure would be a two-day job in just one day. Polite, courteous. We have a new roof which looks fantastic. We have proper ventilation, and new vents for the bathrooms. We couldn't be happier

The service agent was prompt and able to write the quote right after the inspection. Overall, I thought they did a good job

Last year (2011) we had leakage from around the chimney flashing area. We called Bone Dry to diagnose the problem. We were not sure if the problem had per se to do with the failure of the flashing, or, as I was afraid, with the chimney leaning away. I had pointed out my concern to the Bone Dry estimator. After studying the problem he determined that the chimney had not moved, only the flashing had failed. We got the flashing fixed. With passing time the house suffered other symptoms that confirmed my doubt - the chimney was indeed leaning away. We went through the process of contacting foundation experts. It was pointed out that after the chimney foundation reinforcement I would need to get our roofing people to take a look at the flashing again to make sure it was still intact after all the subsequent leaning and fixing. The risk in such cases is always that the straightening of the chimney will unsettle the flashing once more. I called Bone Dry, afraid that I would need to spend more 100s of dollars to deal with the whole situation. The person who showed up this time was Grant C. - the service manager of our area. After I explained the whole situation to him he assured me straight away that he would gladly review the flashing after the foundation fix without charging me more money. I was relieved - but only partially, because I was not sure how the whole thing would turn out. It was a stressful time for us because not only did the foundation need to be fixed, but also there needed to be proper coordination between the foundation fix and the reassessment of the chimney flashing. This, to make sure that we did not suffer additional rain damage in-between. I have to say, that Grant was really there for us. First, he was always prompt in taking/returning calls. And, second, he always stood by his original offer, and was very flexible with regards to coordinating with our foundation people. After the foundation had been fixed, he showed up and went up the roof to make sure that the flashign was still intact. I want to point something out here. A great confusion I have working with contractors is how many of them simply miss this simple/obvious fact: what is more important in the long run for them - or for that matter, for any business person - is customer loyalty. That should be the goal. If there is loyalty there will be repeat business and hence, plenty money. Loyalty comes from satisfaction. And satisfaction comes from providing good service with focus, first and foremost, on quality, and not on squeezing every single dollar out of the homeowner from the project at hand. Of course, time will ultimately confirm the quality of work that Bone Dry did on this particular job. But I have got other roofing issues addressed by them in the past, so I am optimistic that this job has gone well too. In anycase, I want to give a special shout out to Grant C. for having followed the primary but seldom followed principle of providing good and reasonable customer service at a time when we were stressed.

They were excellent. They had nine people working on the roof and got it done in one day. They were well supervised. They were out right away to get with the insurance adjuster to see what repairs needed to be done.

We had a leak in the roof that was determined to be from roof vents. Chad said they would replace the faulty roof vents and tear down a non-functional, deteriorating chimney. The work was efficiently completed within 1 week. We would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone and would definately hire them again.

I was waiting before we had a good rain before I rated Bone Dry. As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond! Some guy named Kyle came out and did an outstanding job, (i would ask for him). The job was top notch and I can't say enough about how good it looks. Please, if you need a roofing job do yourself a favor and call Kyle at Bone Dry!

Due to a leaking front porch we contracted for a new roof. Once the old roof was off there was a need for new decking. This increased the the price by $1300 but all was done in one day. Every thing was picked up and cleaned up/ This company is doing what is needed and doing is well. I could not be more pleased.

They did a great job. They were very helpful, and they worked with us.

I called Bone Dry to take a look at my roof and give me an idea of what shape it was in. They were prompt in setting up an appointment and showed up on time. Turns out I have another 5-10 years of life in the roof but had a few small maintenance items that needed done. They did the maintenance about a week after the initial visit and all was well.

They did an excellent job. Prompt, thorough, and professional with both the estimate and then completion of the actual work. Reasonably priced as well.

I am very happy with them. They did it in a single day. They were at least $3,000 below another quote.
