They were very professional when they came to look into our issue and gave us a couple of options (solar vs. electric vs. extra vents), and very accommodating when we had to postpone the install. When they cam to install the vent, they did it really quickly, and actually fixed a plumbing vent seal while there. We would use this company again for our roofing needs

This was a good experience. The estimator arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable about the problem and how to solve it (another company had performed an estimate but offered little explanation of how the actual repair would work). We scheduled a repair after I accepted his estimate, which cost significantly less than the other roofing company's estimate. The estimator told me the scheduling of the work may be delayed due to their current schedule, which was no problem for me. The front office kept in touch over the next few weeks, reminding me that was still on their radar. The guys showed up one day and the work was complete in less than 2 hours. The work looks great and I'm confident they fixed the problem correctly, and for a very fair price. One side note that really made me happy about hiring these guys: I had disconnected a few screws from a downspout hanger while completing an unrelated porch painting project a few weeks prior. About a week after they repaired the roof line, I remembered I needed to reattach the downspout screws - I come to find out that the Bone Dry Roofing guys had already done it when they were working on the roof. It was totally unrelated to their work, but they took upon themselves to make sure it was correct. It's not a huge thing, but to me, that says these guys pay attention to the details and go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks guys!

Paul did a awesome job repairing the roof and replacing the Ridge Vent with a much better Vent and matched the Shingles perfectly. He worked in 100 degree heat, but still cleaned everything up perfectly and was professional. Paul is awesome!!!

Mike and his crew were professional, clean and did a great job. The opening is perfect. The framed it perfect. They cleaned up perfect. Everything was perfect.

The crew as punctual and work was done in just over one day. The product used is very much to our satisfaction. The crew foreman answered our questions immediately and acted on anything we thought might be a future issue. All work was done inside of the quoted price. They did under-estimate the total number of yards of lumber and had to return the next day to complete one small portion of the job. At this time they were 'hurried' and did not paint a small area that needed attention - but that is a small and easily resolved issue; fortunately in a location that we can paint on our own. I believe had we not been able to do so, they honestly would have returned and taken care of it. Clean up was good, not perfect, but good. They did break an outdoor floodlight bulb with a ladder and left a lot of glass in a walking path area. Still minor.....Overall we are pleased with the finished job and it will add value to the home.

Everything went well. The crew was professional. Brad put up with my three year old interupting during the estimate.

We thought their pricing was reasonable. They were very honest. We were all happy with everything.

I called Bone Dry after noticing a couple of loose shingles. It was determined that the roof had quite a bit of squirrel damage that was not visible from the ground. Heavy rain was predicted for the next three days. The gentleman who came for the quote returned to my house that day to provide temporary protection from the rain until they could schedule a crew. I was pleased that they did not damage any shrubbery when they did the roofing job. As a matter of fact, the only sign that they had been here was a new roof! The operation is very professional. I was very happy with the whole process.

All work was performed in a professional and timely manner. Due to weather concerns the job was done on the third scheduled date. I was very satisfied with the work accomplished. My only criticism was that more care should have been taken when removing the old shingles from the roof as one of the boxwood bushes at the house foundation was damaged.

Sam came out for the quote, and was on time. He knew before going on the roof what was wrong. He described what he thought was probably the problem, then went on the roof, took pictures and came back and showed me. It was exactly as he described before going on the roof. Old flashings, old flue cement deterioration, etc. The quote was a reasonable price. I had 2 new vents I needed installed, the bathroom fan and vent hose was already installed previously, I just needed to add the vent on the roof so that the moisture would leave the attic. I scheduled the repair, and Victor came out to perform the work. He was very polite, on time, and did a good job. It is so nice to find businesses that want to a good job and have a good reputation. Everything went like clockwork and was a good experience.

The guy that came out to give the estimate was on time and explained everything well. The only communication lapse was that they never scheduled an appointment they just came out to do the work. I would use them again in the future.

They were really great and didn't try to sell me on a larger job.

There were three steps in the process. The first step was reseasrching Angie's List for a roofer that I could trust to come out and repair a leak in my roof. The 2nd step was to get an estimate for the work that needed to be done. We also had to determine where the leak was coming from. They sent out a representative and he went into the attic and was able to determine that the leak was coming in from one of the vent pipes in the roof. We determined that it was best to replace all of the boots around the vent pipes to make sure they blocked any further water from leaking into our home. We also placed vent covers on the tops of the vent pipes so that no further water or critters could enter through the vent pipes. The 3rd step was to schedule the work and get it completed. They did an excellent job and even took before and after pictures so that I could see the completed work.

Expectations were set appropriately. They showed up on time, tore off the old shingles and disposed of them. The yard was not damaged and all debris was removed. They worked efficiently and the new paper and shingles were installed the same day. They did return for a 2nd day to install the ridge vents. Other than a beautiful new roof, you'd never know anyone was here. A nice professional job by Bone Dry Roofing.

The company's only call prior to the work was from the road just five minutes from my address (which is fine since I work from home). He completed the seal coating in a quick manner and pointed out to me that the chimney needed additional bracing around the flashing to prevent additional water damage. He stated he could install the bracing for an additional $300. I felt this was an outrageous amount since its a five minute job. If the rep would have just went the extra mile and completed it for me I would be telling everyone about the great service. Overall experience was fair.

They did a great job. They were prompt in getting back to me. They were professional and polite.

Bone Dry has an office close to where I live. I received several estimates from other companies and Bone Dry was not the cheapest. I was able to go around to houses that had received their services and found out they do really good work and clean up after themselves.

The work was done in one day. They were meticulous about clean up. They had a customer service person there to make sure any issues were taken care of which we had none. They made sure no nails or debris were dropped into our yard. This is the only roofing company I would use and we found that they were more than competitive with other companies that gave quotes.

Called Bone Dry because of roof leaks. The immediately responded and took care of having our ceiling in our kitchen removed due to water. They contacted Mid West Remediation to remove the ceiling and dry out the area. Both companies did a great job. Then Bond Dry sent and estimator who worked with out insurance company. We did not have a claim for the exterior work but we knew we needed a new roof. Bone Dry gave us a quote and an estimated start time. The job was started on the given start date. They did a great job. The workmen were cordial and well mannered and very professional. The job was completed on time and the entire area was cleaned up. I would recommend Bone Dry to everyone.

Overall we were very happy with the job that was completed. I had called Bone Dry to give an estimate on replacing the roof as we had had hail damage and the insurance company was requiring us to get more quotes. Bone Dry was recommended by some of my wife's coworkers so I called them and talked to John. We made an appoinment for the estimate and John was on time for the estimate. I had not told him there was hail damage and he reported it to me along with some other things he noticed (chimney cap badly rusted, gutters in bad shape, dry rot in the trim around one of the windows). We decided on Bone Dry as they worked with us on price and put together a very professional assessment in a folder with their contact info and examples. Within two weeks the work was scheduled and the workers showed up on time on the day they were supposed to start. I talked briefly with the supervisor before heading to work and there was no standing around by the workers. They started the tear off within 15 minutes of arriving and getting set up. The supervisor said he would call me with any concerns and followed up on his promise as he called to let me know about a couple boards that needed replaced. They went above and beyond as they also sealed up the window with dry rot, without me having to ask and called to let me know when they were completed. There was nothing to clean up when I got home. The gutter job followed two days later and was completed in much the same manner with no problems and my wife and I being extremely happy with the results. The roof and gutters look great and they worked with us on payment as it took awhile for the insurance to get the check cut. We would call Bone Dry first if we were to have any more work done and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

.We had sustained weather damage to our roof from wind, rain, and hail that had exposed the wood roofing sheets and caused water leaks into an upstairs bedroom ceiling. Bone-Dry had been contacted for an estimate prior to calling the insurance company. They provided a very detailed estimate, which turned out to be very close to the estimate that the insurance adjuster had arrived at. While waiting for the insurance check to be endorsed by the mortgage company, Bone Dry kept in contact and was helpful in making sure all of the preliminary steps were taken care of. Once the insurance check was endorsed by the mortgage company, I called Bone Dry to arrange an appointment. They were able to make an appointment within a few days. The shingles showed up when they said they would and the roofers arrived on time on the day of the appoinment. In both cases, they called before arriving. Bone Dry tore off the old roof, replaced the damaged wood, and replaced the new roof, then replaced all lawn/deck furniture that was moved, and cleaned the yard and drive of all shingles, nails, and trash so that you could not tell that they had been there. Quality work, friendly employees, and super service. I plan to use them to repair the damage in the upstairs bedroom also now and will recommend them to any and all that ask.
