They did it quickly and professionally. They cleaned up so well. You would never know that I had sections of my roof that were new. I can't say enough good things about them. Many thanks to the way they handled the job.

It was tough to get a hold of the right person at the office. Other than that hickup, the rest of the experience was perfect. I got a great price because it was during the winter. When they came out to look at the chimney, instead of charging to replace siding, he pointed out that my chimney was leaning. If he hadn't pointed that out, I would have had to bring them back a year from now to re-do the work. Professional workforce (every one of them) Great customer service The project lead came back saturday and sunday to do all the detail work and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. I have every intention of using them for all home repair needs in the future.

We chose to go with a different company because of a business relationship - and a slight cost savings. The other company was also able to do siding work (which would have been a different department at BoneDry.). However, Bone Dry was quick, responsive, fair and THOROUGH. The estimate was explained in such a thorough-manner. Our representative did his best to make himself available and work with our Insurance Adjuster. SUCH a pleasure to work with ... from beginning to end. I can't speak to the final product, as we didn't use BoneDry; however, if their customer service, attention to detail and thoroughness is ANY example of their workmanship -- I have no doubt that we would be 100% with the job!

Reached out to the company to get an estimate to repair my roof. Was told it would be cheaper to do a complete tear off. I asked for a estimate for both tear off and a repair. Never got the estimate for the repair.

Very smooth, prompt service, occurred while I had a ton of family in my house. We barely knew they were present. I appreciated the prompt service and will definitely use them again. Unfortunately, I don't have more info as I used them over a year ago.

Our experience with Bone Dry Roofing has been amazing. They are polite, professional and do an amazing job. They reshingled our roof due to hail damage and it looks and performs better than it ever has. They are very personable and we never felt like we were just "another job." They made us feel like we were THE job . That is very rare in this day and age. They also were in and out within a day, cleaned up everything and were even willing to make payment arrangements with us, no problem. The quality of their product and service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Roof/gutters - Fair job, nothing to rave about. They failed to screen gutters as contracted called for and I had to call several times before they finally took care of it. Masonry work - Very disappointed with the work. Seemed to be haphazard, not very well done. I walked around with 'the crew' and pointed out several places they missed, which they fixed before leaving. Shutters - Very pleased with the result. Asked them for estimate with gutter issues 2 years later. Walked around, discussed and they pointed out several areas that could be improved. When asked I told them they did the original work. Never heard from them again - no estimate, nothing. Overall - Will not use them again and would not recommend them to anybody else.

After getting a few proposals to repair the roof I contacted Bone-Dry because I had received a proposal from them previously on a home I was thinking about purchasing. I had a roof installed at my current home by another company several years ago and also received a proposal from them. After checking both of them out I decided to use Bone-Dry because they accommodated me on the pricing by lowering their price to meet the quoted price from the other company. They told me when they would be doing the job and it was done when they promised. I was satisfied with the job and I would use them again. The person I dealt with was Kyle Mills and he was very professional, courteous and kind.

Overall the work went very well! I expected things to be wrapped up a little sooner than they were, but in the end my wife and I were more that satisfied with the final result. Bone Dry's Sales Rep. (Bob Pace) and I seemed to strike an immediate repore with one another, and it was clearly obvious we were on the same page concerning my vision of the finshed product. I was impressed with the fact that he oversaw every aspect of the construction and re-roof, as well as doing quite a lot of the construction work himself! Any concerns that I brought to him during the project were immediatly addressed, either that same day, or the next day! Bob also followed up with us several times after completion to make sure we were completely satisfied. Although Bone Dry was not the least expensive quote we obtained (they were not the highest either), I was comfortable knowing that I would "get what I paid for". Coupled with what I find to be a more than fair warranty for both material and workmanship, I am satisfied we got a good value for the dollars we spent/invested in our home. This is a rare thing to get in this world today, from this type of industry!

They came out very promptly and were honest. They even informed us no work was necessary.

I did go to them because I saw the reviews on Angie's List and saw how well they were. Initial results show that they were great. There was this nice guy who came out and did the initial estimate. They were very professional. They told us straight up that my grandmother's house needed to be repaired and showed her everything. Our house did not need to be repaired but we had a leak and it was not due to weather and that probably would not be approved by insurance. He told us how much it would be to get that fixed and he was just right about everything. We will probably use them this spring. UPDATE 5/13/2013 I have had the work completed now and I was pleased with it. The cleanup was done really well and we found very little debris. The job was quick and we are having them come back out to possibly do some painting as well in the future.

Bone Dry did an excellent job. They covered all of the doorways & garage with plywood to prevent any damage. Did a great job on the clean-up also.

The most important part, the actual roof, seems to have been done very well. I need to wait for a good rain to know for sure, but the roof looks like a quality job. I have no problem with the laborers or workmanship. They had the lowest prices of the quotes I received. That's about the only good stuff I can say about the company. The company itself is absurdly disorganized and doesn't know how communicate with their customers or even each other. Emails and phone calls go unreturned with this company. "We'll have someone call you" apparently means "We're not interested in earning your business, but if you're persistent enough, maybe we'll consider doing the work we quoted you." Over almost 5 weeks I tried to get the roof work scheduled, calling, patiently waiting to be called back, never getting called back, and having to call again a week or two later. One time I finally spoke to someone in charge of scheduling, he said "I thought we already scheduled that job." Nope. He said they were really backed up with some other jobs. Ok, fine, but were you really so backed up you couldn't make a 30 second phone call to say "Hey, we're really backed up with some other jobs, but we'll have you on the schedule soon." That's Customer Service 101, folks. This conversation was about 4 weeks after I'd sent them the signed work agreement, and me being nothing but patient and polite. At this point, though, I was done being polite. I told him to either get me on the schedule by the end of the business day, or I'd go elsewhere to get the roof done. This was just too long to wait. The end of the day comes, and no call. To me, this means Bone Dry doesn't want my business after all and was just wasting my time. The following week, I'm lining up more contractors to give me quotes, and out of the blue Bone Dry calls me to say they'll be out to work on my roof the following morning. Less than 24 hours notice! Not much time to move my schedule around. I let them know I had already given up on Bone Dry and was looking for other contractors, and that I was very dissatisfied with their utter lack of customer service. I rattled off the whole story so far, and he assured me he'd fix all of those things. I said I wanted to get the roof done, I didn't have time to waste getting more quotes, so if they showed up tomorrow on time (he said between 9-9:30am) and did an excellent job, we'd still have a deal. I made it very clear that Bone Dry was on extremely thin ice, as far as I was concerned. They couldn't even get "We'll show up between 9-9:30" right. So here I am, obviously a customer getting very frustrated with the company. Maybe a competent manager might say "Hey guys, it's pretty important we're on time for this job tomorrow." But their managers do not seem to be competent, or even possess much in the way of common courtesy or common sense. The crew who was to be at my house apparently had to drop a trailer off somewhere first and ended up being about a hour and a half late. Ok, that's fine, I have no problem with people having to work around the fact that some things come up unexpectedly and have to be dealt with. That's why we pick up the phone and say things like "Hey customer, we're going to have to be about an hour late, but we'll still be able to get the job done on time." It takes 15 seconds to contact the customer and keep him in the loop. Instead, it turns out the guy I spoke to on the phone DID arrive at my house around 9:30, parked in the yard next to my house, and then left again without making any effort to let me know he was there or what was going on. He didn't even need to use minutes on his cell phone. He could have knocked on my door and told me about the delay. Instead, he just leaves. Unbelievable. I know all this because I call him at 10:30 asking where the heck he and the crew are, and he tells me all this - he was at my house, knew about the delay, and didn't think it was worth telling me about. Ultimately, the crew showed up shortly after that, and in two days the job was done. A company dropping the ball once, maybe twice, in the course of a job - that happens. Bone Dry Roofing dropped the ball every chance they got. These people shouldn't be allowed to arrange a child's birthday party, much less contracting work. I will never deal with this company or their affiliates again. I would have gladly paid more for the job to a company that would treat me with respect, but this is what I get for going with the lowest bidder.

The company was very responsive throughout the process with the exception of responding to me after i had accepted their proposal. At that point, it was 2 to 3 weeks before I received a response and that was after placing several calls and emails to the office manager, who was always responsive. I later dealt with a different sales person who was able to schedule the work. After a date was scheduled, the company was very prompt and did the work just as described, at the agreed-upon price.

The work was done in a professional manner, and we were pleased with the results.

GREAT experience working with Bone Dry. We worked with Kyle specifically to get everything set up and he was awesome! Great communicator, easy to work with and you could tell he really cared about his career. Worked seamlessly with insurance to get everything paid for. Wonderful experience.

Chad Lushin came to give estimate. He took measurements, but did not walk roof. Gave me few options other than type of shingles.

They did an awesome job. They had a large crew & opperated very quickly. The person who gave the estimate was the job manager & he came back as they were finishing the job to check the work. Usually you don't see the estimate-giver again, but he even climbed up on the roof to clean my new skylight with Windex!

They were good. I have been satified. The repaired the leaks and put in new valleys.
