Description of Work: Mark's gave my furnace a tuneup. They were patient and kind given it's been 10 years since we got our furnace and it's never been looked at. They let us know about their packages they offer, but they were not at all pushy about it. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a whole house humidifier and was very pleased with my purchase. The technician (Christian) was prompt, efficient, and explained everything very well. The unit is working well and our house has been much more comfortable during the colder months.

Description of Work: I had purchased a whole home humidifier. No where on the fine print or when they gave me a call to confirm the installation they told me they will need a piece of coper pipe to install a saddle valve. Not only I took off a whole day of work so they could proceed with the installation but after the technician came over he told me I needed to find a plummer to have a piece of coper installed on a hot water PVC pipe and then he would come back and install the whole home humidifier. After the technician left I did some research and also checked with neighbors and other suppliers of the same product and they all said these humidifiers could be installed on PVC pipes. I don't recommend this supplier.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a humidifier. In my notes stated the house had one; however had never been used. They came, checked out the current one (the electric had been cut by the company that installed the new HVAC unit) and let me know the humidifier that was part of the deal wouldn't work, but could do a different one. The reasons why along with the additional cost was all clearly explained. Professional and personable. Would definitely hire again.
