Description of Work: They checked our water heater. They recommended not flushing it (although that meant no service fee for the company), in order to avoid any future complications and recommended the most cost effective course of action in case it stops working (which it eventually would since it is an older unit). |They are very professional and conscientious. Would definitely reuse their services and recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: Technician inspected hot-water heater, which he said was operating well, but he also proposed some kind of connection change, which he characterized as optional, but recommended, at a cost of more than $200. I don't know what to make of the big-extra-charge recommendation.
