Technician arrived as scheduled, spotted a failing capacitor on the unit, and ordered a new one after I approved the purchase at $165 additional cost. When the new capacitor arrived he delivered and installed it, then completed testing the A/C. Late last summer, the A/C's cooling was barely marginally tolerable. This summer, after the repair, it's been just fine.

The tech was very professional courteous and knowledgable He explained everything very well. He cleaned the outside unit thoroughly and changed the filter. Check all the electrical connections and how much amperage the unit was using. He also checked the cooling efficiency. This was well worth the money and now I know an HVAC company to depend on

My technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the various things he was looking at and at the end went over each part in detail. I purchased a service agreement because I was so pleased with the service.

Never called to schedule appointment. I called them 3 days after I paid, tech came out took one look said buy a new water heater. Completely wasted $50. Very frustrated and will never use them again.

It went Ok. The technician came and started to check and he said the Unit is not functioning well and the unit is just 4 years old. He started to clean the condenser coil and he said he will charge me 107$ for acid clean which I did not let him to do. later on he said Freon is low and he needs to charge, technically Freon will never be replaced until there is a leak in the system which I don't have and he started to say the system will freeze and you will be out with no AC. I felt like they wanted to sell something to customer by confusing them. Sorry but I will not recommend to anyone.

It went very well! Steve showed up right on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He checked a myriad of items, and found the cause of the bass oscillation we were hearing (it turned out to be the outdoor unit wasn't seated quite right on its base).

Steven found the problem right away: low coolant. He then told me he did not find any leaks, but that it looked like someone might have added coolant in the past because of marks caused by some pliers on the A/C unit. He said if they didn't charge it correctly, it could have caused the problems we were now facing. He got to work right away and now my A/C is blowing amazing cold air again!

Pretty well, I think. I'm not certain the tech was able to complete every item on the checklist in the time he was here. He also seemed to devote a lot of time trying to convince me to purchase services above and beyond The Deal. I spent an additional $100 to have the outside coil cleaned after he told me that simply doing it with a hose would push the debris farther into the coils and cause problems down the road. Per his advice, I gave my electronic air cleaner elements a thorough cleaning. I'm looking forward to my next electric bill which, according to him, should reflect a more efficiently running AC system.

Outstanding service. They showed up on time and spend almost an hour performing the check. Tech was very friendly and took care as to not track dirt throughout the house.
