They were great.  They took care to make sure she was taken care of without me having to drive over from Indy to oversee the process.  They didn't overcharge even though we were in a hard spot.  They often follow up to make sure everything with her car is going OK.  I highly recommend them.

York was very thorough and made sure the car looked like new before they called it "done." The service department was very professional and courteous. They worked directly with my insurance company and kept me informed of the progress from start to finish. When there was a delay in the repair schedule, although it was no fault of their own, they covered the rental car for the extra days.During the repair process, York discovered that the rear differential had actually been damaged as a result of the third party towing service. They contacted the towing company, worked out the issue, and fixed that problem at no cost to me.The quality of the work was outstanding. The car looks as good as new and drives better than ever.

They are expensive, but they do a good job. I would rate them an A.

I called from Indianapolis and talked to Jay and told of our problem. He sent Bruce over who was able to get it started. Both were prompt, courteous and truly got us out of a big jam as our daughter was trying to get home for Christmas break. They didn't ask for and wouldn't accept any money. I expect their kindness saved us $100 in towing charges and unknown hours and additional charges in getting the car scheduled, diagnosed and repaired - all long distance!

It's sure nice to know that in this day of impersonal service that there are people like Jay and Bruce and companies like York that try to look out for the and quot;little guyand quot;. This whole experience sure brightened our Christmas season!
