Description of Work: I will not use Bee Windows again. They had to come back 3 times to fulfill their commitments in reference to quality of materials, leaks around the woodwork once installed,and making sure lead particles were not released into the house when removing the older windows.. Exceptionally disappointed.

Description of Work: We had several windows replaced. We have used Faerber's Bee Windows before and liked the product and the service.

Description of Work: We purchased the double-paned windows back in 1993. Since then every few years we have had seals break between the panes and had to call them and tell them which windows and whether it was the top or bottom Window. The panes carry a lifetime guarantee and they had all dimensions so for a small service fee they would come out and replace them. A little over a week ago I called and told them we had 4 Window panes that needed replaced. They informed me they were going to have to make two service calls now, one to measure, even though they had all the dimensions. And are new cost would be $520.00 to replace 4 panes, over twice what we ever paid in the past

Description of Work: Gave a 4 hour sales pitch that could have been done in 45 min. They do this to hype up how great their window is. You can find just as good and better windows for 75% less. For 9 small Windows to be replaced they wanted $15,000 then they said if you did it within 30 days they would drop the price to $13,000, or if I signed today it would be $11,000.00. That speaks volumes how high they are and their ridiculous prices. They also tell you percentages, standards, and numbers that aren't accurate when I did the research on earning savings with energy savings. They have a good window just extremely overpriced! Also during the 4 hours when you ask for a price they change the subject and won't give you a price until they finish their sales pitch. I went with a different company and the windows that was voted number 1 by consumer reports and are a superior window. I paid $6,000 and got 20 year warranties that I reviewed and are solid. The best part is my house is brick, except for 4 gables that are relatively small. They gave me a siding quote for $29,000.00......including facia board. Then before he was done he dropped the price to $15,000.00. Does this tell anyone how over priced they are. They do have quality products, however, you find the exact same and better products through research. Did some research and got the exact same siding quality with foam backing for $4,000.00 and another $2,000 for facia board. I do my research and compare and double check everything and the warranties.
