Description of Work: I had all of my windows replaced plus a sliding glass door and another outside door that had to be specially made because the opening is smaller. They were all on time and very professional. The team that actually did the installation was prompt and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Warrantee service on window that was installed earlier. I don't have a record of when they were last here. It was some time 2015.

Description of Work: After they put in a side by side window, one pane appeared green and the other purple. Mrs. Faerber herself called me and it was fixed. They are a great company who also did my living room window. I will use them again when I do my other windows

Description of Work: I ordered windows from Renewal by Anderson and did not realize Bee Windows was their Indiana contractor. But I love the windows; they were installed 4-5 years ago and we have had no problems.

Description of Work: Replaced window that had a hair crack in it. They decided that it was under warranty since they were purchased from them. Very pleased since they were purchased 10 years ago.

Description of Work: They custom made and installed windows in our sunroom. Excellent quantity glass and screens also. Well worth the expense. Faerbers helped this this porch to a year round relaxation and entertainment area for our home. Very very pleased.

Description of Work: Replace all the windows of our house. That is why I would not use them in the future. If a window would break up or be destroyed, then I would use Bee Window for the repair or replacement. |They were very punctual, polite, respectful of the people and property, and did a very clean job. The windows are great.

Description of Work: Installed replacement windows in our 1900 built home. On time, quick installation, quality products. Very satisfied overall.

Description of Work: We love the windows; however, partly because they are located in Indy, scheduling was difficult. Our installation was delayed several times. Not a big deal for us, but it could be for others.

Description of Work: They came to repair the lock on the sliding glass door that they had installed several years ago and it took 4 different trips. They couldn't seem to get the correct part and as a result it took over a month to complete the work. Meanwhile, we couldn't lock the door and it was difficult to use the door.

Description of Work: Unless I look at the book I don't actually remember the exact date they were here. I have called them several times to inform them of problems, I always get a reply, "oh I'm sorry, we will have someone get right back with you" of course they never call. We have a lot of draft and noise that comes from these new windows. We are not happy with them. They received their money, they don't care. We will never recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: New windows and back sliding door. They installed the door handle on the opposite end. Two weeks ago during a heavy rain, it came inside the kitchen. They short cut the work and did not adequately seal the door from the outside.
