It was expensive, but it was good quality and it was excellent. It was everything that I wanted. The guy who put it in from Anderson are trained at the factory, and so they really know what they are doing. They came back and adjusted it, and put it right.You can't really get better quality, and the company was good about dealing with it.

I wanted to upgrade my door because it didn't have any insulation in it, and it was very cold and winter time, and I was not happy with that from the beginning. The sample looked grey, but it was more blue when it came in. They couldn't set it in very well, and I still have trouble when I want to open and close. I have to fiddle with it sometimes. I really liked them until that point, but after that, I changed my mind. They gave me a discount on it, and that was nice. They try to fix it once, and it is irritating when you have to fiddle with your door every time you have to lock your door. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I have never not had issues with the door. They put the right door, but the color did not come out the same. When they set it in the seal, it is supposed to have insulation and be warmer, it is not warm, it still gets cold in the winter. I talked to them about it, and they didn't do anything. I felt like it was not worth the money I put into it.

We have had really good luck with them. They were neat, they came when they said they would, they were service driven, and they are just a good company to work with. The windows are working perfectly just like we wanted. The interactions were pleasant, they just said what they had to say, and they were honest. One window that came in was wrong, and they corrected that. They are expensive but their value is wonderful.

The were great. We were pleased with the windows, and the service, and the skill. They did a good job, even thought it was in the middle of an ice storm, and there are neighbors who also had windows put in by them. They were expensive but it was worth every penny of it, for the durability of the windows, the size of the windows, and the style of the windows. It was worth the extra cost. They skipped one day after ice storms, and we thought it would not be good working through that because most of it was from outside.

They were fantastic. They did a good job and I could not be happier with the work that they did. The price they quoted was 4 to $5000 cheaper than the other bids. We did not want it to look like it had been added. They were great at answering my questions and they had it done with in two days. They did a great clean-up afterwards. Everything was top grade with them. I would use them again.

Generally, our experience with them was okay. The cost included the price for the lead paint remover. One window did not perform very well and they came to fix it. I would not use them again. I would choose another one because they were very good in changing the windows, but it was difficult to have them come to fix the window. If I have to do it again, I would first ask questions on how easy for them to come and fix the windows.

We were impressed with them. It was a couple of thousand. It was one of these windows that cranks out and it's a picture window size. It was a bit of a compromise. We wanted a bay window but it was hard getting a variance. They were excellent. They did a great job. They were very responsive.

Window replacement was fine. Currently, I am having a problem with two of the screens. They have holes in them due to weather issues this past year. When I called Bee Windows about "fixing" the screens I was informed that I had two options: transport them to their location in Fischers which would result in no charge for rescreening the screens OR have a Been Window employee come to my home to do so at the cost of $150. My plan was to take the screens in for free rescreening. HOWEVER, I have discovered that I can not fit the screens into my car nor can I remove or replace one of the screens myself as it's on the second floor of my home.

fantastic job and all service men were neat, on time , polite, and I could not have asked for a better crew of workers. They demonstrated how to open the windows for cleaning which I have done several times. What a wonderful change to my home!

Went well, no problems, very professional, excellent job.

Salesman was very professional, helpful, and responsive.....until we paid our deposit. After the deal was signed, it took longer to get questions answered. There was a delivery delay and we had to keep calling to get everything scheduled. The workers were very quick and clean as they did the installations. I felt safe here with them. Very polite and professional. However, they were in a hurry to leave and wanted me to quickly sign that they were done. They rushed through showing me how things worked or the actual inspections of the job. When I noticed a few issues, they were apologetic and quick to fix them. I did hear one say to the other "I didn't think anyone would notice that"....so obviously they knew it was a problem. The windows are beautiful. I'm just not sure they are actually worth the horrendous price I paid for them. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely go with something cheaper. However I would still consider this same company. Definitely, the specialty stain was not worth the extra money - it was smeared in placed and onto the window glass in nearly every window (I'm still finding spots that need scraped off over a year later). I continue to get calls from the company offering me window pricing deals.....that's annoying. However one of these deals came a week before the actual installation so I was able to get a price break (which took lots of paperwork and some haggling).

Their price was good and their employees were pleasant. Overall it was a good experience. I'm just glad the windows were in the back of the house because the detail work was a bit sloppy. They did a poor job at caulking and in the right light you can see about a 4 inch strip of caulk along one side. I might pay another company a bit extra for a better looking finish. The work was performed at our old home in Lafayette, Indiana.

they did a great job and am very happy with the look of my new maintenance free windows.

In the first meeting they were well prepared with samples and ideas. If I asked for something extra like sliding shelves in the pantry and base cabinets they were able to do it. I had a short time frame to get it done before a big family event and they accommodated me. During the actual resurfacing they kept the dust and mess out of the rest of the house. After they finished I found a few places that needed attention. They were there right away. When I resurface my bathroom cabinets I'll call them

They came out and removed 9 windows and replaced with 9 new windows. They were careful and respectful with the indoor and outdoor areas. The windows were washed inside and out. We were happy with the installers and the installation.

Worker showed up early, installed wrong door, took that one out and installed right door. All happened easy, we love the slider w/blinds. Price was reasonable, work done well, Very happy. For some reason I don't have a date for the actual installation but I signed contract in May, 2013

Bee Window was great to work with. The representative came to our home to provide estimates and information about their products. He was timely and courteous. The door was replaced, and although there was a slight snaffu in scheduling part of the work, it was quickly addressed. The door is both attractive and sturdy, and it's a huge improvement to the previous door.

We live in a very old house, built in 1900, and the original windows were in dire need of replacement. The salesperson who came out was knowledgeable and understood our needs and wishes. Within a few days of the sale precise measurements were made of every window to be replaced, and our custom built product was ready within a couple of weeks. Installers arrived on time as scheduled. Their workmen were courteous, skilled and did an excellent job installing our new windows in surprisingly little time, and they cleaned up well when finished. We are very happy with the windows. They seemed a little pricey at first, but in the end we found they are worth every penny. The tinted double panes greatly reduce noise from outside, and they have significantly reduced our heating and cooling costs. The tilt-in sash design greatly simplifies cleaning. I would definitely recommend Bee and their products to friends and neighbors.
