Faerber's Bee Window Inc

We were going to move a door and they told us that it wouldn't work to move it. It was one of their products that I was going to move and it wasn't going to work in the other place.They were okay. They didn't give me a cost because they said it wouldn't work. I had trouble getting hold of them. They missed my call and then nobody called me back. They have replaced all my doors, and so I will use them in the future.

The experience was fine and they provided good service. They were prompt, did things quickly and we did not have any problems with them. They did what they said they were going to do and came in and did it. The installation was smooth.

They just did it yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to use the screen door too much. They lost my business with the rest of the doors, because they never sent the guy back to finish working that out with me. I never heard from them again, that was back in March. I was trying to replace 3 other doors, and working on making them the right sizes, and getting the right glass, but he disappeared, so I went to Lowe's and got other doors. They did a good job, and once the weather broke, they finally put it in, and once the weather warmed up, and I wanted to open the screen, is when I discovered that they hadn't done a good job, so they came to fix it, but they couldn't, so they ordered another one. I thought the price was pretty high for that door, but the quality was great as far as I can tell. They were very responsive about everything except for those 3 doors. They have always been very professional.

We are very happy with the service, it was very good.

I would probably not use them in the future.

They have been in business for a while, they are reputable, they have a good BBB rating, and they could get to work pretty fast. The interaction with them was good, and they were easy to work with. I would recommend them.

I had had trouble with termites, and their windows were not wooden, so I went with them. The windows are fine, and I haven't had any trouble with them. I have no problems with the quality of the windows. I have used them more than once.

They did a good job. They got done quickly, and got it done. We did several pricing comparisons and decided to go with them.

We have done well with them. They had done a couple of things for us. We have been satisfied. We did not consider the cost outrageous. I do not remember any complaint that we have. We had used them twice.

I liked the sales rep that they sent out. He was a very personable guy and was very low pressure and all that. I was at work the day they did the install. My wife was at home and when I got home I didn't even think they had been there. I thought that they had canceled or something because there was no trace that they had been there. When I got in, she was like, "Look at the new windows." I was like, "Oh there is the new windows." I didn't even notice it. Usually, when you have contractors come out they leave the place with a little bit of a mess. I appreciated that. They were very kind and courteous. I think they're a family operated business and they're all very nice. The problem that we were having with the windows before was that they were single-pane windows and they were large picture windows and they got a lot of condensation on them. In the winter time they'd freeze up and everything. These windows have never gotten a drop of condensation on them which is exactly what the company told us would happen. So I'm pretty pleased.

They cost me too much. I had one window put in. I found out the cost of that window, I could have had 20 more windows put it. The quality was like a 9 or 10 but as far as the price goes it was like a 1. At the time I was very sick so I only realize now I could have gotten a better deal.

They were good and honest. They did not charge me for the quote. I would use them again.

It was excellent. We're very, very satisfied. They're high quality people. They've been customers of mine but there a lot of window companies. But they were highly recommended by other people. My wife might have even looked at Angie's List. It helps to get a good referral from somebody. They were very professional and informative. They were not high pressure at all. The windows and doors have been working out perfect so far.

They were good. They did one hell of a job. Their timing is perfect, they came on time, they finished the job on time, it was clean and there was no clutters. The price was worth it, it's a good product. I think they were reasonable. They have followup, they contact all the time, they send their people over here to do the right measurement and show their catalogs and products.

I like getting new windows. I didn’t like the fact that the installer spot on the drop. I didn’t like the fact that the owner Cam was very difficult to work with. So far, so good. They are expensive. I'm happy with the windows but I'm not happy with the service.

It was great. I like that they were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. They even made my house look nicer but the price was pretty high.

We had a contract and they gave me a very detailed list of days that they were going to do X, Y and Z. So the first day came, the guy was supposed to come out and do the confirmation measurements. He never called to set that up within the two week period. So I ended up having to call back. When he came out, there was something that the sales person had told that could be done and that couldn't be done, but they could do something different. So the price went up a little bit. That was okay. I was like, "I can live with that." The next one was, I was supposed to get a call with the anticipated delivery date, once they had sent the order. I never got that. So I ended up calling and it turned out my order had gotten lost somewhere and there was a problem. So it had never even been sent to the manufacturing location to be started. So they were like, "Well, we answered those questions." I said, "Okay, we're going to do this" There was a thing about the measurements again that wasn't right, based on the original sales person. Then I had called and said, "You know what? If you haven't even ordered this. Forget it. You're so far behind your schedule. If you've already flubbed up all this I have no confidence that the product I'm going to get is good or not." Then all of sudden they were johnny on the spot and they were calling me. Instead of having all the customer service upfront, then I'm getting calls from two different people trying to beg me not to cancel the contract. I was like, "I'm done with you." Then I found another provider through Angie's List and that's who I went with. Faerber's were more expensive with lesser windows than the one I went with. I believe for slightly less or slightly more, I got my Aluminium clad wood windows where I could only get fiber glass through Faerber's for the price. From the beginning they failed to meet the expectations that they set for themselves.

My experience with them has been very good. I do not know the cost of the service but it was a lot of money.

It was fine. It was a good experience. They provide suggestions and they did what we wanted. It was a quality product. There were issues. They were great. I think the price was fine. I don’t have anything to compare it to. We were truly satisfied with it. We would use them again.

They did a good job and they subcontracted their installation. All in all, the installation and the product turned out beautiful. It's good and excellent.

I had a good experience with them. Their work was very thorough, very complete, and exactly what we wanted. They ran into some problems, but they didn't charge us extra.

They were very nice. They brought a bunch of windows our here that had not been stained with the right color. They had the information that was given to them that there should be a special stain. Instead, they made it with the vanilla color. They made it all vanilla. We called and told them that we never heard of people ordering at the week or the end for some best windows. For people who were paying so much money for the windows, why on earth didn't they come out and check the color before they brought the windows that they made. My dining room window is tight enough. I don't think it has enough insulation in it. Some of them were wonderful. They had to take the windows back and re-stain the color of our woodwork around them. The color is good on them now. They made it correct before they installed them. They were very friendly, kind and nice. They were punctual. They came when they said they would. They were very professional.
