Description of Work: I replaced all our windows with Renewal by Andersen windows installed by Bee Window. The windows were a little high priced, but the service was very good. Bee installed the windows promptly and professionally. The windows developed some problems over the next couple of years (not |Bee's fault). Each time I called, Bee promptly sent out a technician who repaired the problem (no charge).

Description of Work: Bee removed and replaced windows on the house. The measurements, ordering and installation were well done. The only detractor was the metal trim scraps left in the front flower garden under the foliage, which presented a safety hazard when gardening. We are happy with the windows and with the professionalism of the estimators and installers over all.

Description of Work: I had both windows and gutters installed. While I love my windows and am very pleased I certainly hope I don't encounter service problems. I have a downspout that has fallen away from the house. I emailed my sales person in December and again in January. Both times she replied that my request to determine if this is a covered service would be addressed by the service department. At no time was I contacted by the service department and there was no follow up with from the sales person. I tried to "Contact Pam" through the website but it was not working so I initiated a chat asking for her email address. I emailed Pam expressing my concern. I received no response, so when I visited the Flower and Patio show Sunday March 15th, I spoke with the representative there. He took my name, phone number and the problem I was having. I received a voicemail the following Thursday advising they would set an appointment for service and was advised there was a trip and labor charge. I returned the call and left a voicemail canceling the appointment as I refuse to pay additional fees to correct their work. I built my house in 1994 and have never had a problem with gutters/downspouts falling off the house until now. I plan on converting my screened in porch to an enclosed porch with windows and will not be using Bee Windows.

Description of Work: Had all of our windows replaced with energy efficient ones. We love the windows, and they did a great job with installation. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an A is because they installed the wrong window in our bedroom. When we contacted them about it, it took a little while for them to replace it. Overall though, the experience was good.

Description of Work: Windows are OK/pretty good. Siding is a joke. Siding was done about 1992. Can't remember the price of either windows or siding. The "insulation" that was supposed to cut our heating bills does not. It feels like nothing is back there...it feels fragile. Our house is drafty and cold in the winter time. Our old aluminum siding did a much better job. The last row does not fit tightly against the house. We have to pull vining plants from underneath it.
