Description of Work: We had an issue at the beginning re: scheduling error but the superintendent owned up immediately; contacted Bee Window owners and gave us a substantial discount due to their error; the quality of service was outstanding...for both our windows and the latest ...new doors and windows in our breezeway! We will highly recommend Bee Windows...they really matched the outside exterior of our house and after they left you couldn't even tell they had been there!!

Description of Work: We have had almost all the windows in our house replaced and it has made a huge difference. We had the work done over a couple of years. They came and gave us an estimate of the expenses for about 8 windows at a time. They then set up a time to come and take measurements to custom fit the windows. Finally, they came for the installation, which was quick and efficient and done well. We have never had to call them back to do any additional work and the windows have made a big difference in sound and temperature control in our house.

Description of Work: Replaced and put in new windows (16). It went really well. It took 2 1/2 days. Cleaned everything up after. The installers were very good and professional.

Description of Work: They did great job, covered up inside and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, inside and out. They were on time, explained all that they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. When I did find any problem call and they would take care of it, and they did, had couple minor items they handled quickly.

Description of Work: We used Bee Windows over a three year period to replace all the windows (15) in our house. We were obviously very satisfied with their work since we continued to use this company. They were happy to return to fix some problems with condensation when we contacted them. We have been very sttisfied with all our windows.

Description of Work: the first 7 windows they installed were defective. i had them service them but i still have trouble with them. The last 6 windows they installed were alright. This has been 15 to 18 years ago.

Description of Work: One of my slider doors was very hard to close. The repair man came out and took the door off and said that I needed new rollers and he could not find them in his book. Said he would have to see if they could order them. I have tried calling and e mailing to see if they had any luck with no response on their part
