Description of Work: I have two pair of French doors and a single entry door across the front of my house, all of them more than 100 years old and with 15 glass panes so they are by no means airtight. Bee installed storm doors on all of them, a total of 5 doors with full-length interchangeable glass and screen panels. Installation went smoothly. The only downside is the weight of the glass panels when I switch to the screens. I don't blame Bee for that, though. I should have realized that large safety glass panels would be heavy. The storm doors have successfully blocked air leaks and made the room much more comfortable.

Description of Work: Everything was perfect with one exception. The salesman that measured the windows and patio door. My old door was an unusual size, he ordered a standard size door instead of a custom sized door. The new door was too small for the opening and required an extra wide trim that didn't match the rest of the room. Other than that, everything was excellent. The guys that put in the windows and door were excellent.

Description of Work: Faerber's Bee Window did the windows. They were real expensive windows, they put the sunscreen and other stuff.

Description of Work: They did a great job, except I asked to have the job completed and everything finished. Well painting was not done and we were told it wasn't in the contract. That being said the workmen were efficient and what they did was done well.

Description of Work: We've had two jobs done many years ago. First came some new windows and sliding doors. They've been pretty good, but we've had some hot-weather noise and ease problems with the sliding doors. | |The second job was installation of fiber-cement siding all around the house and separate garage. A team of Mexicans was hired for that, and I must confess they did an excellent job. I had also ordered new covered gutters. Sub-contractors came, didn't know what they were doing, and on complaining they were replaced. In the end I was satisfied with the work. | |But I have previously, using my "lifetime guarantee", asked for service with the sliding glass deck doors. The response was not timely, and no relief was offered. I think the doors need to be pulled and new rollers installed. Today there is lots of black gunk over the tracks, perhaps from disintegrated rollers. | |Other than that, I don't have any complaints, but in the future might go elsewhere for installations and service.

Description of Work: I previously had Bee replace all my 2nd level windows with double-paned high efficiency windows and this year had them replace all main level windows. I would rate Bee as excellent for both installs; their crew was on time, courteous, professional and did a quality install at a reasonable price. A few years after the 2nd level windows were installed, my 2 teenage sons were horsing around and cracked a window. I called them to repair and they promptly came out and replaced the window at no charge. I didn't think my situation would be covered by their lifetime warranty but it was. I am totally satisfied with my Bee windows purchases and recommend them highly. Quality windows, professionally installed that are backed by a very lenient lifetime warranty.

Description of Work: Bee window was a sub contractor when I had my kitchen cabinets refaced through Home Depot. I was very happy with the work. A year later everything still looks great.
