 + -1 moreI scheduled a visit by their technician almost a week early. I spent the day home and nobody shows up. I call about 10 AM and some kid tells me the technician came but nobody was home. Wrong, I never left the house. Then he said the technician tried to call me and left messages on my phone. Wrong, my iPhone captures every call. The kid then said he would have the tech call me. Never happened. Later that night, one of their technicians was on his way home and called me to say he could swing buy for $30 and hand me a new transmitter????? I said no and the next day called Schalco andit was fixed promptly.
Description of Work: Nothing.
