He didn't call me the next day (Tuesday) like he said he would, so I called him Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. When I called on Wednesday, they recommended that I use another mechanic if I wanted the car fixed on time for my weekend trip.
Overall, I thought the shop was very impressive and the mechanics were very skilled, but they don't do things quickly, which was a big drawback for me.
