Steve had used solution mixed with water attempting to freshen the grout and it turn my whole floor turned white like white cement/slush. When it dries sweep or mop it up. It turned out it rubbed/dug the grout out. I had mopped until I cried and nothing worked. This all took place right before all the family members came from out of state for Thanksgiving. I called and informed Langwalter of this issue. I had to wait and talk with the office manager in which she stated it is not their liability. Julia (office manager was very nasty). Julie sent someone out to look at it. This young fella came and took a look at it and tried everything he could think of to get the white off. He even sprayed the whole entire surface of the tile. We were not made aware of the odor that would come from all of the chemicals. The young fella told me to call the office and there was nothing more he could do. He told me it was ruined. We had to cover the floor with rugs because it was so embarrassing. Steve came out to look at it and asked what I had done to it. I cleaned it with a solution of vinegar and water I told him. Steve refused to admit it was a mistake. Steve and another man from the office came and brought the largest buffer they could find. The floor now has dips and uneven spots. The buffer took off paint and stain off the wood trim. I have since had some major medical issues. We have expressed our unhappiness with Langenwalter. We have had the original installers of the floor (Kinsey's) out to look and they stated the floor is ruined. Langenwalter was very rude. They had come and taken pictures of the project that had been finished. A week later I receive an email stating the pictures didn't turn out and weren't able to see the finished project. I am not pleased with the way I was treated after all the times I have had Steve come out clean upholstery. I have a white dust film all over my house from this floor being ruined. I want the same quality tile that Kinsey's sold and installed for me replaced by Kinsey's.
