1. She told me they need to estimate cost and send representative of Armadillo to my residence.
2. I told her my location-Montgomery.
3. I was upfront on services needed which is lawn maintenance.
4.  I told her upfront, I need their services in a week.
5. Maria told me they are not accepting clients because they are so busy for the year.
6. Maria should have been upfront. At the moment we are not taking clients. Why spend 2 min on phone??????
7. If she lied on the phone about service time and not taking clients, what else she can lie about.

I was desperate to find a lawn service before moving into our new house and I found it difficult to find someone who was willing to take on a new customer without a contract, especially since we hadn't moved in yet. They cut our grass, bagged it and hauled it away. They did a very good, clean job. Since their initial visit, we've had Armadillo Lanscaping continue to come back for weekly mowings. Armadillo Landscaping is very dependable and Ruben has been a pleasure to work with.
