They are a little higher in price. They could've done it cheaper. Everything was fine, except they left a dirty spot on the carpet that I had to clean. The roto-rooting machine was dirty and it was a tough place to get into.

I would still use them again.

On a Saturday morning, we found a leak at the shut off in the basement . We called our previous plumber, whose ad mentions 24 hour service, and did not receive a call back until Monday morning.  Later Saturday morning we called Kerrigan.  They called back within the hour.  Peter convinced us that we didn't need emergency service and that it would be cheaper to wait until Monday.  Jeff came to us on Monday.  He was very professional and also very careful with the 100 year old valve.  He explained everything he was doing as he did it.   We were very relieved that the fix didn't require the city to shut off our water supply.  If he had not been able to adjust the valve, that would have been our only option.    I hope we can get Jeff for our future plumbing needs.
