We purchased the deal for A/C tune up over two weeks back and they scheduled it for last Friday afternoon. I was waiting for them that day and they didn't show up. I was told that they had to cancel it when I called to check the status.

They show up on time, and told me over the phone what happened. I should have got more quotes before I asked them to do things, they charge over priced Freon refill than others, will try others instead in the future.

I found them on Angie’s List. It went fine and they just had to come in and actually replace a part in my heating system. There wasn’t anything to clean up but they were professional with the jobs they did do. They did a good job and I have no complaints. They actually called up and said they were going to be late but he actually showed up on time.

Konstantin was very professional and completed the repair on time and per estimate. Furthermore, office scheduler who took my order was able to accommodate specific request for timing of the appointment.

I booked Air Blue through Angie's List when they were offering a Deal to service air conditioning units. I booked the appointment through the site and they were able to come out the same week. The technician arrived on time and checked the unit in the basement first. He asked questions about the system and explained what he was doing. He then went into the yard to check the actual AC unit. He came back and told me the unit was old, which is it, and that it was running fine for it's age. He recommended a few things that the unit might need, (replacement parts, etc) and gave me a quote to replace the 20 year old system. All in in all I'm pleased with the service I received.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out great, very good. The guy was great, very professional, knowledgeable and a nice guy. They all do basically the same things, but my technician explained it better.

Our HVAC project began a few weeks ago when we decided our furnace could not handle another winter and our air conditioner became obsolete and expensive to maintain with its R22 refrigerant. We spoke with Konrad at Air Blue and he set up a time for someone to come inspect the property and determine the right plan of action. Konstantin came by to do our workup, gave us a very detailed account of what we had, what we needed, and how he and his company would go about performing it. We had a few other HVAC companies come in as well and provide us with similar quotes. Air Blue's price and equipment options were the best so we chose them for the job. The installation was scheduled about a week later, two technicians from Air Blue came promptly in the morning to start their work. They worked very efficiently for about 8 hours the first day, then they finished the job the second day in about 5 hours. That ended up being 13 hours approximately to get your old HVAC gutted and new HVAC put in? I don't know about you, but that's awesome. Air Blue went above and beyond with the installation, it's aesthetically gorgeous and very sharp looking; things I didn't think they would replace, they replaced. They also provide a solid labor, workmanship and part guarantee on their installations. They do their own sheet metal in-house, and everything was cut/prepared on site. They made it look like they were never even there by cleaning up the area more-so than it was when they got there. Konrad himself came by to inspect the job on completion and was very courteous and great to deal with. We love our new system, we love Air Blue, and we highly recommend them if you're looking to get a great job done for a great rate. Konrad? He's the man.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He went over the air conditioner thoroughly and advised I would probably need to replace it soon. But he never pressured me to do so at this time. He was very nice and cordial and advised me what I would need to do and that it could wait until next fall/year.

They were professional, thorough and followed up on repairs. Start to finish - and delivered the units back in good repair and at price quoted. Friendly too.

The customer service rep Aneta was amazing. Very responsive and pleasant. I was able to schedule the service call the same week that I purchased the deal, and was given a two hour service window which I felt was very reasonable. Aneta even called me to let me know when the service tech was headed to the house. The technician was very professional and nice to work with. Our AC unit is rather new, so I cannot speak to how they do with repairs. However, if we do ever have a heating or cooling issue in the future, we would not hesitate to contact Ait Blue.

Our furnace stopped working. We called Air Blue. They were great. Came out within the hour. Technician was very thorough and talked me through everything he was doing. After seeing it wasn't an issue with the furnace, he went up on the roof and cleared the intake vent. All was well.

Punctual and professional. Inspected the furnace. Cleaned the burners, vacuumed the furnace and tucked the wires. Advised on getting the blower cleaned. Gave a quote for $85. He was sincere in making the recommendation. Also offered advise on keeping an eye on the CO sensor; since my furnace is old. Offered a quote on 93% efficiency furnace. Overall very satisfied and will go back to them. Also the deal seems nice.

Absolutely great! Showed up on time. They were courteous, and they cleaned up after their job was done. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I am using them for HVAC work and I would highly recommend them.

Everything went well, they showed up on time and did the work. The only issue I had was with the pricing, they charged us extra. We needed a part for the heater ($30 retail, but replacing it with labor was $200.) They are only diagnosing the problem for the $20, but if there was an issue, they charged us more.
