They also put in an attic fan, bathroom fan new can inserts that were energy efficient. They were careful and cleaned up behind themselves. Very polite, and had answers to all my questions.

Some insulators were clearly singular in their mindset in regards to what products they used or methods they used. Illinois Insulators considered the projects as they came and recommended what they felt best suited each individual aspect of the overall project. Very good and very friendly and accommodating as well.

The workers were very friendly. They kept me informed during the whole process of installing the insulation. Taking time to show me step by step what they were doing. Very satisfied with their customer service.

Job not properly done.....insulation was blowing back through opening by furnace and furnace filter was clogged.....thus, furnace could not breath and would not start ! They returned to fix the problem, but confidence has been lost!

Everything was great

The customer service from Luke was outstanding. He came out and provided a quote exactly when he said he would. It was raining on the day we had the insulation put in, however they let us know ahead of time they couldn't do the spray foam portion we wanted (they will come back in the spring), and finished the blown-in. Everything was neat, and they notified us at certain checking points as they were progressing. I wish more companies operated this way!

I was contacted quickly after submitting the job request, The estimator was thorough and professional and answered all of our questions. They were flexible with the timing of the installation and performed the job within days of the estimate. They covered all the carpet and moved the small furniture to ensure that nothing would get dirty. They then thoroughly cleaned up after the installation of the insulation. They used high quality brand name insulation and filled it up at or above the recommended level. I have no complaints whatsoever about this contractor or the job they performed for me.

We weren't prepared for the number of holes drilled in each room. Probably because we did not meet the sale rep at his visit (the renter did). Would like to recommend the company offer in-depth descriptions of repair to ceiling, an approximate cost and a list of qualified painters or contractors. Still this company did a very good job and everyone we came in contact was very nice and professional. And yes, they do an excellent job on cleaning up.
