Terrible. My dog is a Collie and was only 9 months. Took him in for bath and trim. When I took him in this is what I requested. When I picked him up they brought out a dog I did not recognize and I told them that was not my dog. He was a puppy and is somewhat hyper. They had shaved a Collie in the middle of winter. The groomer also left severl cuts on this belly and he ended up with a staff infection, which cost me a vet visit and oral and topical medicaiton. Office manager offered to have me bring him in for discounted bath and brush. i advised her "no thatnks, he will not be coming back.

Lucy loves going to Gucci Pucci! She is always groomed perfectly, smells great, and has the cutest bows in her hair. I once asked them to do a mohawk and they did it! The hawk looked great. My parents take their elderly and deaf Westie (PJ) to Gucci Pucci and they are very good with her. PJ can be a lot to handle since she has a disability, but they do a great job of cleaning and cutting her hair. I would recommend Gucci Pucci to anyone!

Recent Review:
We've been using Brown Animal Hospital since our dog Trixie was a puppy and they have been nothing but excellent. Trixie had some troubles with her due claws as a puppy and Dr. Brown personally handled the situation, which ensured that Trixie healed properly. The staff knows us when we arrive and Trixie knows and loves all of them. We also use Brown Animal Hospital for grooming and Trixie always looks fabulous and feels comfortable with the treatments to keep her coat clean and healthy. Dr. Brown and his team always take the time to answer my questions and take even my minor concerns seriously. Our neighbor recommended Dr. Brown to us 4 years ago and I continue to recommend them to others.

Very well, dog is 15 years old- he knows he was at vet when we walked in the door. Dr. Steffen performed shot and then let me take dog to the car and come back in for payment.

My father took the family dog to stay at this "pet resort." This was not the first time we used this company. The drop off was great; however, when he went to pick the dog up, bruises and blood were noticed on his nose and the top of his head. When asked, the clerk said that our dog got in a fight. My dad called to speak to the "manager" several times and was told that the manager would call back. The manager finally did call back after several attempts to reach him. A message was left and calls that went to pet resort continued to remain unanswered. Finally had to go to court. This place was a disappointment. We trusted this resort to take care of our dog while we went on a family vacation. The last thing the owner said to my dad was not to bring our dog to them ever again. This was an easy decision. I am warning everyone I know to avoid this place.

A Plus Professional Pet GroomingI was VERY pleased with A Plus Professional Grooming. When I called to make the appointment they were very accomodating to my schedule, and made sure that I brought a copy of Lucy's latest vaccines to ensure the safety of the other dogs. Lucy looked and smelled great when I picked her up and you can tell they spent a lot of time with her. The groomers there are definitely dog lovers!! I would recommend them to anyone!- Joanna C.

Oakdale Veterinary CenterMy 2 Scottish terriers got all their shots and their nails and then the cat got his shots and they got microchips and the whole works. They are exceptional, they go beyond being friendly, kind and gentle with the animals and they also care about the owner's feelings through the whole process.
