"Five stars!!! Zach has been doing this since the age of 13 but recently has started his own business. He very experienced! From the beginning, he was transparent in every aspect. His prices are reasonable and he works with your budget. In addition, he provides a drive folder with all receipts of materials purchased, etc so you know that you know exactly what you’re paying for material wise and not overcharging you. Again, transparent. His work is 10/10. We requested for herringbone - which is very hard to do and easy to mess up if you don’t know what you’re doing. But Zach did an AMAZING JOB. Every tile was cut to perfection and aligned PERFECTLY. From every angle, even in and around the soap niche, every tile flowed perfectly with the surrounding herringbone pattern. He has strong attention to detail and puts great pride into his work. He also has plumbing experience and was able to install our shower head and all new bathroom fixtures for us!! In addition, he is very easy and relaxed person - just an easy person to work with! I have recommended him to all my friends in Chicago. He really is so talented and amazing! 10/10 recommend!"

"Called the number I found on Angie's list on May 9,2019. The call was answered. The guy asked me to send him a text with what I needed to have done. I did that immediately after hanging up. He told me he would get back to me by Monday. It's been 7 days and no response. Fail."

"I had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."
