DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is a disaster!! We called them out in the Spring of 2007 when we moved into our new home. We got their name off the sticker attached to the previous water filter. They came out and changed the filter for us, however THEY BROKE OUR FAUCET in the process. When the man left, our faucet was dripping and he couldn't get it to stop. He said he did not have the right part in his truck and that he would be back the next day to fix it. Well, the day came and went and no one showed up. A week went by, and nothing. We then called them about it and they gave us the run around. Finally we just decided to pseudo-fix it ourselves. A month later a bill arrived. So we called again and told them we were still waiting for them to come finish the job. They then arranged for another appointment and another man came out to fix it. He also claimed he didn't have the part and would have to return to fix the job. Well, again, no one showed up, and again we got the phone run around. A year later, we got another bill with "late-fee's" added on. We finally just paid it (not the late fees though) because we didn't want them to call a collection agency and hurt our credit score. We were left feeling very taken advantage of and what should have cost us about $100 to replace our filter, cost us well over twice that to fix our sink.
