I give them all 'A's and everything is great. They come on time and they always bring my bags. Every driver I have had has been very nice and got me to where I needed to go. They were perfect. It is about standard. It wasn't really cheap but it wasn't expensive.

I am way out, far from the airport, so it cost me like $90, which sounds like a lot but I live way far away.

For both trips, our driver was prompt and courteous, knew the routes, and drove safely. Without any explanation or advance notice, our inbound trip was changed from the sprinter van we requested to a stretch limo. We were a little concerned since we had a large amount of luggage to transport. In the end, we had to place some items on the floor between our feet to make everything fit. We arrived on time with no other problems. For the return trip, we received the correct vehicle and had no issues at all.
Description of Work
Provided transportation from the southwest suburbs to a hotel in downtown Chicago for a family wedding and also provided the return trip home again.

Excellent. I have always used these guys for Airport Transportation. Always on time, always professional. Never had a issue with them. For a family of 5 people, SUV is the main option now since they are phasing out the Stretch Limos for Airport transport. I would recommend them overall.

We placed a call when we had our luggage and were picked up at the front door of the United bagage area (where the company sid their driver would be parked). Part of the group at one house and then to a 2nd(this ws done to eliminate unpacking part of the luggage from the limo and then repacking into another vehicle for a short distance) All this with courtesy and professionalism.

Service was provided to home from O'Hare for three adults and two children. We had used this company when leaving for our trip. All it took was one call and we were on our travels. We had requested and received a stretch limo to accomidate the group of 5.

We were picked up exactly on time. The driver was professional, friendly. We had a lot of luggage, included a double stroller. We drove through rush hour traffic and he got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our return trip, we waited maybe 10 minutes at most to be picked up at Midway. Again, the driver was very professional, handling all the luggage and stroller easily--packing the car. The cars we used on both trips were great. The driver on the way home asked first if we needed the heat turned up (we did) and then let us know he had water in the cooler. When we arrived home he brought the bags into the house and loaded the rest of the bags/stroller into my family's cars. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I noticed that one review said they didn't think the price was rated an A. All I can say is that to get six of us to Midway and back was priced very fairly. Everyone in the family commented how much they liked the service.

I picked this company because of their strong ratings, etc. and because we were flying early on a holiday (Christmas day) to go on vacation. We had a scheduled pickup at 6:00am on December 25th and they were in my driveway 15 minutes early, patiently waiting, On the return flight, we were over 2 hours delayed getting into O'hare. Again, they were there waiting patiently for our flight to arrive. Their cars (we had SUVs) were in top condition and very clean. Both drivers were dressed well, they were both quite curteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for both business and personal travel.

I have used O'Hare/Midway Limo Service and will continue to use them in the future. They are on-time and courteous. They helped me with my bags opened the doors and were concerned with my comfort the enitre trip. One evening I arrived past midnight and the driver waited till I was safely in my home before departing. The cars are clean and comforatble and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience. They were able to make the arrangements, even on short notice. I've found that a number of businesses based in the suburbs are not very happy about doing anything that requires them to come to the south side, and was pleased that they didn't miss a beat. Making the arrangements by phone was easy. The car arrived 3 minutes early, which is just right. My parents said the car was nice and clean and the driver was pleasant. Given that taxis don't always show up, I'll be using these folks in the future.

I called at about 10pm on a Monday night, needing an airport pick up for 5:30 am the very next morning. They provided a car to take my parents from Hyde Park to O'Hare airport.

Overall, it was a good experience. We had some trouble getting picked up. It had more to do with the traffic and blocked off streets due to the Bears game. The driver was kind of arguing with us about which direction to go.

Limo was on time and clean. Driver was pleasant. They were the first of 4 companies that I called for pricing and were the best price of all. I would definitely use them again.

Arrive early and helped with bags. We had to cram luggage into the front seat and with us in the back. I don't know what is bigger than a stretch, but we probably should have ordered that instead (or learn to pack lighter). Use them again for the return. Was told by the first driver to call from our connecting airport and order from there. I should have booked it in advance since there were no stretches available for our return. Used two regular town cars and of course paid more. Both those drivers were terrific.

The charges at the end were not the same as quoted on the online reservation. Although I put in comments that there were two stops, and it was 4 blocks out of the way (2 blocks in and 2 blocks back) for the quote the price went up for the second stop as the driver said it was not part of the quote.

Driver arrived 15 minutes early (4:00 A.M.) for trip to Midway Airport. Driver was courteous and well-groomed. Car was clean and comfortable. Price charged was the same as the price quoted. On return trip, driver arrived within 10 minutes of call being placed to dispatch. Again the car was clean and the driver was courteous and well groomed. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

Both limo drivers were on time, polite, well kept, and good drivers. My only complaint is with the second car. There was evidence (cups and cans) from the previous passengers in the car and the driver didn't know how to put the arm rest that divided the back seat up so that couples could sit close to one another. This same driver however made sure to check the car before we left so that phones and other items would not be left behind and he was helpful to the ladies when they had to navigate the ice.

Great experience, would use this service for future trips. I would recommend this service, but I would suggest getting a full quote for the service that you are requesting. If you ask for the quote, which I did not, they are very straightforward with costs and waiting times.

The reservation process was very easy and professional. I scheduled a pick up at my home, and a drop off downtown Chicago. The reservation was made for Christmas Eve, it was nice that the company had availability on the day before a holiday. The driver was a little late on the pick up, but it was due to the weather. The drivers for both pick up locations were professional and courteous. In addition, I had to extend the pick-up time, this was easy, although there was an additional charge for it. The experience was good, the only issue was that it was a little on the pricey side. The service was great though, thus it was worth the extra cost.

I'd arranged for limo service from home to O'Hare airport on 10/3/09. The limo arrived early (always a plus for anxious travelers) and was absolutely pristine. The driver was very helpful and loaded all our heavy luggage. On the return trip, I had forgotten to make a reservation for the pick up but when I called, O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service was able to get us a limo (a stretch!) within 10 minutes of the call. Again, the driver was great and the vehicle was lovely. The driver was able to get us through Chicago rush hour traffic (in the rain, even) very quickly. I'll definitely use them again.
