I have spend my last three lunches trying to get someone there to call me back about scheduling a colonoscopy. I've been on hold for 20 minutes plus each time. Twice I had to hang up since my lunch (half hour long) was up. And since their hours are so unfriendly to anyone who works during the day I am about to give up on them. Screening test required anesthesia. Recovery nursing staff was excellent. Dr. Berger came to speak to me and my husband to discuss results - he has a wonderful bedside manner. I have the utmost faith in Dr. Berger and recommend him wholeheartedly.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Dr. Berger has treated me for a chronic condition, which requires screening tests every 3 years, for more than 12 years. Throughout that time I have received consistently high quality care. Dr. Berger always takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I understand my condition and treatment. His staff is great - very responsive when I leave a message or have a question. Prescription refills are hassle free. The office is run very professionally and efficiently.

I discussed and confirmed with Doctor Scott Berger that I only wanted to be anesthetized upon my request.   The request was acknowledged and agreed.   This is has been the standard procedure this doctor and I have used in the past and it was worked quite well.  Once in the procedure room, again I confirmed this request.  I was acknowledged by Doctor Berger.    But the Nurse or Doctor Anesthesiolog...
