That's the second time we are using Todd's services (first time he did great job with the chimney clean) and can't say enough good words for his proffesionalism, responsivness and dedication to the job he is doing. He came to put a cap on the chimney and sealed a small crack. That was done fast and clean. He also sprayed sealer on the top part of the chimnney as an extra service on him. Great job, great service, great communication! Thank you Todd!

This was a huge job and the gentlemen did a great job, coming away with three very large bags of gutter debris.

Todd was very promt responding to my inquiry. He emailed me back and offered me the $99 Angies List cleaning and inspection without needing a coupon and gave me a range of cost to fix the cracks. Todd and Larry showed up on time, put tarps down and went to work. Todd explained everything he did. Larry went up on the roof to inspect the cap. It was rusted but had no cracks or problems, it just didn't look good. The last chimney sweep we had told us it needed replaced at quite a cost, but Todd did not. He said if we didn't mind they way it looked it was fine and sound. No hard sell. No uncalled for work. They fixed the cracks in the fire box for $50 and cleaned up. Both Todd and Larry were professional and personable. I would definitely use them again.

I bought an Angie's deal for chimney sweep service. I called Custom Cleaning Concepts and made an appointment. They called me 30 minutes before they were due to arrive and confirmed they were on the way. When they arrived at my house exactly on time, they covered my floors and protected my house from potential dirt and debris resulting from the cleaning. They gave my fireplace and chimney a complete inspection, pronounced that all was well, performed the cleaning, and were off. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, and appreciative of the respect they showed to my home. HIGHLY recommended.

They arrived on time, placed tarps on flooring to protect from debris, etc. explained the work to be done. Gave me detailed instructions on safe burning and maintenance of fireplace between professional cleanings. Was very courteous, quick, clean and professional.

However, ... they covered floor in front of the fire place, but have not mentioned to cover a carpet, book shelves, a computer desk and a sofa in the same room. As result, my wife spent cleaning and dusting all items during next couple days. The carpet cleaning cost us $100, new sofa has a soft cover and impossible to clean thoroughly. Would they mention to cover all furniture in the room - we will enjoy their services much more. UPDATE 5-10-2012: Company owner reached out and handled our complain to full satisfaction by covering our expense for cleaning furniture in the room. Good job!

This company is fabulous! Answered call, made date, arrived on time, were neat, clean, polite, knowledgable, professional, fast, experienced, personable and helpful with answers to questions. We don't know what more to say but this...If you ever need a chimney cleaning and repair, you'd be a fool to hire anyone else!

Had a great experience. The sweep seemed very basic and the guys gave us some good ideas on future maintenance. They cleaned up and didn't leave a mess at all. Was a good experience.

The entire process went very well. Experience has shown me that too many companies will take advantage of a customers ignorance, but Todd was refreshingly honest and forthright. Very professional, polite and courteous. I would recommend Todd wihtout hesitation.

Todd and Larry were very professional and thorough. They cleaned and inspected our chimney and even did some minor repairs (replaced missing firebrick mortar) at no additional cost. They were careful to do their job cleanly and without a mess. They also explained what they were doing and why; I appreciate that very much and would definitely use them again.

Absolutely great experience with Todd and his services. Very punctual and professional. Did the job extremely clean. During the inspection found a few small things that I'll need to take care of in the future, like installing some chimney caps which I was missing. Explained everything in details without trying to sell his services. I'm very satisfied with his proffesionalism and the job he has done so far, that's why I'll be calling him again to install these chimney caps and will be recomending his services to my friends.

Todd and his company are the definition of a customer service oriented business. They were on time for all appointments scheduled and didn't try to overcharge us. When he wasn't able to get back as planned to install the stainless steel cap, he kept me in the loop as to when the job would be completed. All the work completed was A work. To top it all off, when he realized I didn't want the gutters cleaned for the entire house and that it wouldn't take him long, he threw that in for free. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Not a lot of details to provide. We purchased the chimney cleaning with a $99 Angie Big Deal for $190 of Custom Cleaning Concepts services. Called Todd the same morning as the coupon purchase and he arranged to be out to the house the following day. We had a fellow in staining the new windows trim at the same time, but there was no issue with getting in the others way. Todd was in and out in about two hours and followed up in email with a report of some damage he'd found, recommended repairs, and a cost. I've not as yet followed up with him since we really haven't used that fireplace in several years but probably will when the weather warms back up.

Todd was very prompt, informative, and courteous. He called ahead to make sure an early arrival would work for us and it did. They laid tarps and were very careful during the entire visit to make sure they didn't make the house dirty. They even took time to answer all of my son's many questions about chimney sweeping. They did a thorough job and we will definitely be using them in the future for any services they provide.

I really liked the fact that he told me about services that I don't need that other cleaners and chimney repair people might recommend to earn more profit. We had asked someone to come to give us a price on fixing our chimney. When he came he was ready to clean our fireplace, but we reminded him that we specifically asked for a price to fix it. He then said he would email a quote. We did not receive it, so we then try calling him. We did not receive a callback, so we hired someone else from Angie's list to do the work. He did recently email me to explain that he did send us an email previously. I guess those miscommunications can happen, but as I said, we didn't receive a callback either. I cannot judge if his company is good at what they do or not. He was a very pleasant person. Maybe company is just overloaded. I don't know. I can only let people know what happened to us.

Todd responded to our call right away. We were able to make an appointment that fit within our schedule with no problems at all. He was very responsive and professional. While cleaning the chimney he noticed some cracks in the fireplace. He was sure to show my husband exactly what he was talking about so that we were comfortable with the repairs he was recommending. He quoted us one cost but, because the work didn't take as long as we thought, he did not charge us the full amount that was quoted. His honesty was breath of fresh air. After he was done with the repairs and cleaning, he left the area around the fireplace cleaner than he found it. We will use him again and recommend Todd to our family and friends. Very impressed!

The two man crew arrived early and ready to go. Cleaning was thorough and a bad patch by another company was fixed by Todd and I was not charged. Happy! Both fireplaces at two different houses were cleaned and he was personable and friendly.

They were here on time, put tarps down in the area where they would be working and walking, were very thorough and explained everything to me.
