It turned out well. They were on time. They were professional, polite, friendly and quick. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Todd responded to our request for service immediately. We scheduled our appointment within a day of our call and found him to be quite punctual, professional and courteous. We would recommend his services to our friends and neighbors.

Appointment was easy to schedule. They arrived on time. The deck is large with a small gazebo attached. They performed services as described. An additional charge was required ($40.00) from what the coupon covered. Areas of mildew were removed - and have not come back. The deck took longer to dry than they said. I did wait until the next day to put the things back on the deck. They were very courteous and professional.

Very briefly, we got him on the schedule, he showed punctually, was happy to work without anyone there to greet him (all work done outside) - my husband, it turned out, would be there. The "deal" we purchased was for more than the volume of work and so he took it upon himself to power-wash our siding as well and made the recommendation that we get something or other painted sooner rather than later. No hint of up-selling there, just a guy doing his job. Would hire him again any time.

Two of the nicest people came to clean the gutters. We were also having a garage sale when they were here. The 2 workers were professional and friendly. They even "shopped" at our sale. Very nice experience.

The owner was professional and worked hard, but the the guy that was helping him was a bit rude. He made suggestions about things that had no place in what they were hired to do. Some of the things in the garage may have needed to be replaced, but that was not his call to make. The owner was trying to smooth things over. Overall they did a good job for what they were hired to do.

The two workers were prompt, friendly and very efficient. The job took them about 2.5 hours. I felt that we got our money's worth and I would use them again for other heavy-duty cleaning chores.

Two very hard working young men did an excellent job at cleaning and reorganizing our garage. They were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with reorganizing the garage. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They were working on one of the hottest afternoons of a year. Their work ethic was outstanding. They did a great job and we are very happy with the work. Todd came over with one other person to help. I had talked to Todd about also cleaning out my shed and an alcove in my garage, but he didn't expect to see all of the junk we had stored in the garage. It took them all day to remove everything, clean/powerwash the garage, then replace a lot of the items. I had a huge pile for give away and trash. They worked so fast, I could barely keep up trying to figure out where everything went. Since the job was a lot more than the Big Deal (and it was so hot outside), I offered him a certain amount of money for the extra work that he did, and he said that it was too much (!), so we settled on a lower price. They are very hard working and I would recommend Custom Cleaning Concepts for this type of work!

I reached out to the company to settle the issue before contacting Angie's List, included is the e-mail correspondence with the company representative: Hi Todd, This is Margaret from Northbrook. You came on July 5th to do my garage cleaning. I just want you to know that both my husband and I took a look at the garage after you left. I know it was very hot and I didn't really take the time when you were done to look at it with you. However, when my husband came home, he was disappointed. I believe we both had higher expectations so in fairness, I contacted Angie's List to get the original description of the project. See below: The 3 areas that we were disappointed with were the floor, entry door, and inside of the garage door. The floor has stains that we thought would be removed. The inside of the garage door has several spots we thought would be cleaned off. The entry door was not touched (the door into our house). I wanted to let you know what we were disappointed with. I think, even at the discounted rate, it was to high of a price to pay for the results. The description of service was a bit misleading in that we thought the three above mentioned would be cleaned with a heavy solution or in a more professional way than us cleaning it ourselves. In short, I never want to leave a customer disappointed in the least. The weather, very hot, or too cold should have nothing to do with the results you expect. These guys are great. They were on time, friendly and professional. One of them was waiting for the other to finish and noticed a different project I had going on in my lawn and offered to help. They were terrific. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Bought the $99 Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I called to schedule and he said he'd contact by email the following week and that we did not need to be home for the cleaning. To his word, he emailed with the day they'd be coming and they came that day and did the work. I haven't climbed up to see how it looks, nor has it rained since the service was performed, but I have every reason to believe they did a good job. Thanks for a pain-free transaction!
