Giovanni is very professional and diligent with his work. He explained every step of the process. He also told us right away what's wrong with certain areas of the unit. His report is thorough with detailed pictures included. Also, he send your report the same day as the inspection! He keeps his promises and I would recommend everyone and anyone to hire Giovanni! I will be sure to use his services in the furtire! He did an impeccable job!!!
