Rental Max

We had regraded some lawn area near the house, removing almost all the grass. The soil is heavy clay (i.e. I bent a good dandelion killer hand tool, removing weeds.) So we decided to use a rototiller to break up the top few inches of the soil and incorporate some compost. We checked the evening before and found out that this company did have rototillers available. It was clean, with a full tank of gas. They helped put the rototiller in the back of our pick-up truck. The soil was dry and tough to break up. With a lot of effort over several hours, the rototiller broke up the top 2-3 inches of soil and mixed in the compost. We were required to fully clean the unit and fill the gas tank before returning it. Upon returning it, they helped remove the unit from the back of the pick-up truck and checked the gas level in the tank. They credited back the fuel charge, as expected based on the discussion prior to the rental. Everything went very smoothly.
