I spoke with 5 different companies that would do my duct cleaning. Mr. Duct was the most professional in terms of providing me with info on just what they do, how they do it and also provided me with a written quote. Follow up was great also.

The company was very thorough on the follow up. The people they sent were extremely courteous and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. It may have been a bit more expensive then other quotes but you get what you pay for.

Totally impressed! On time (actually, a few minutes early). Explained everything they were going to do in detail. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. House was as clean after they left as when they walked in the door. Very, very pleased and will definitely use them again.
