The 2 young men who came to my house were very polite and nice. They explained what they were going to do and asked if I had questions. However, about half way through I noticed a gauge in my bedroom wall directly under a register. When I asked about it I was told the register had been dropped while being removed. After they left I also noted the chest in the same area had been damaged. I reported this to 2 different people at the Mr. Duct office and never heard back from anyone. I understand that this was an accident and the damage was not great, but I was very disappointed that no one seemed care that my property had been damaged. Also, when they were through with the project I was shown impressive before and after pictures. However, I have no way of knowing if these were pictures of my ducts or someone else's as I never saw them taking any pictures. For these reasons I can not recommend this company.

The two technicians were very personable and knowledgable. Excellent service and I would hire them again. I would highly recommend Mr Duct.

Excellent service from talking with their representative by phone where she explained the process and cost. They clean the ducts and dryer vent. The technicians were on time, courteous, discussing each step of the process, which I appreciated. I am very happy with the service, would certainly recommend this company.

I was so happy with their customer service and with the job performed. They took care of an issue I had had for 2 years and had tried to get other companies to take care of. One made a mess of things and the other 2 didn't show up for appointments and then didn't return calls.

This was the third time I worked with Mr. Duct. All around very easy to work with, they were right on time and extremely courteous. The work was thorough and outstanding.

Cesar and Emanuel arrived on time and were courteous and did a fine job of cleaning the air ducts. They also cleaned the dryer vent. I was shown the live picture of the duct before the job but not after. I have to admit that I forgot to ask to see it but when they started the work I had indicated that I would like to see both before and after live pictures. Our water heater is right by the furnace and perhaps, when they were working, they turned on the water heater drain valve by mistake. All night the water had been draining out of the water heater into the floor drain until I heard water running and shut it off. I called the office the next morning and they sent Emanuel back to check, which I appreciate. But the lady who handled the after service call from me could have been a bit more polite. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the cleaning itself. Price could have been better.

Knowledgeable and was able to figure out what our problem was and address it. It ended up not being a straight forward cleaning and he was able to fix our venting issues

The customer service team is phenomenal. They called me right away and got me a next day appointment. Only have two minor complaints. I was not called prior to the arrival, and I also was not shown what the vents looked like prior to them completing the job so I really have no idea if they did a good job or not. That is why I rated the wok quality of the work a 3, because I have no idea.

Got a great deal and great service. Highly recommended for anyone in the market for duct cleaning!
